>> well, first of all, by taking a look at that thing, what appears to be good news is that the activity is not as rampant as you would think it would be if shots were fired so hopefully there's been no shots fired. we haven't heard anything of that nature and looking at how they have a groundswell there, you may remember that wherever you bring a swat team on to a location, they have a certain method of how they will go in and clear a building so depending on the type of information that they have. they're probably moving slowly as they were back in may of '14 when there were -- when that building went on lockdown, when it was reported a man had a gun then and when they did, they went methodically hallway to hallway room to room clearing those areas inside first to make sure that there were only one, first of all, one person with a weapon and secondly to make sure that they kind of cordon off the area to find out exactly where that individual was. but going back to may 14 when we covered that, it was a 23-year-old student that had gone into a classroom, had brandished the weapon, some type of confrontation with another student and then left the building. but although he was gone, the police did not know that immediately and wanted to go through that building to make sure he hadn't gone through other parts of the community college. later the individual had turned himself in to police and was taken into custody and then charged but when you have this type of situation, swat team, canine, they will start working methodically through each part of the building in teams trying to make sure they're covering all different areas to make sure that there's one to locate that gun and secondly to find out if they have a person that has a real gun as well and also to make sure that there's only one individual that may be carrying a weapon. so that's where we are with this right now, vai. >> harry, thank you very much. we'll ask you to stand by, you're closer to the newsroom than i am. as you get information and it's passed on to you, you let me know and our producers will let us know. meantime i'm told masterman high school, directly across the street from community college of philadelphia, they are also in lockdown/. as harry was just pointing out, if you're looking for the silver lining in the clouds here, the fact those police officers are milling about and walking around freely as they are certainly if they felt that there was imminent threat that they would be behind police cars and looking to cover themselves. but we will continue to follow this situation at community college of philadelphia. it is on lockdown, as is masterman high school just directly across the street on 17th and spring garden and we'll continue to follow this breaking news situation out of downtown philadelphia. and that breaking news is a lockdown in place at the community college of philadelphia following the reports of a person with a gun. skyforce 10 live over the scene along spring garden street. we are told that swat teams are
