a few changes with the warm up and winds picking up as we get into this afternoon. look at these forecast highs. 65 in. 61 in the suburbs. 63 in new jersey. upper 50s to around 60 in the lehigh valley. and 65 for parts of delaware. you'll little warmer in southern delaware, a little cooler in northern delaware. mostly sunny across the board and we just get a little breezy as we get later into the day. as for your sky conditions radar and satellite, not often we can say not a cloud in site, not a drop in rain. no snowflakes to be had. we're entirely dry. by this afternoon temperatures are much too warm to support any type of frozen precip. actually take a look. the entire region that's clear. not a cloud in sight through pennsylvania tracking down through d.c. to norfolk we're looking at dry conditions. we'll look how long this lasts. this morning an 1-year-old girl from delaware county is in the hospital after she was stabbed in the head. the whom did you it was angry over the child's babysitting skills. nbc 10's randy gyllenhaal is live in collingdale where police arrested the suspect last night and she will face a judge today. >> reporter: police say the good news is this 8-year-old girl will survive. she's currently at the children's hospital of philadelphia. as you mentioned that suspect who police say stab this girl will be facing a judge later this morning. her name is majeah bashir and she had no comment when she was confronted with our cameras last night. police say she got into an argument with one of her neighbors and then used a steak knife to stab the neighbor's young daughter. the girl was stabbed in the right side of her head. other children were actually nearby and saw it happen. now police say it's unclear if the girl was actually the intended target but it appears right now this argument was sparked over concerns about babysitting. >> i don't care what you're arguing about, what you're fighting about. you got a baby in between you or a maybe mix and you're going to pull a butcher knife out? >> reporter: majeah bashir faces attempted criminal homicide charges. we aspect her to head to a courtroom to be arraigned by a judge latter this morning. this morning philadelphia police are investigating a protest that turned violent and ended in four arrests and sent two bike officers to the hospit hospital. nbc 10 was in north philadelphia last night when peaceful march against the president and against police turned chaotic. investigators tell us demonstrators shot mace paiand paint in their eyes. >> fortunately, a small group of people within the crowd made a decision to escalate this and that resulted in people being arrested. >> they pepper sprayed. they started taking out their batons and hitting people. >> once you to spray police officers with a caustic substance you're not involved in protest activity you're in criminal activity. >> the two officers were treated for minor injuries. unclear what if any charges the four people arrested may face. let's head to north philly where investigators there are trying to figure out exactly what cause this car to crash into a store sfron. it happened at fresh doughnut. no one was hurt. this morning officials are checking the stability of the building for safety. >> a south jersey man who volunteers with the girl scouts is accused of possessing child pornography. yesterday police arrested philip shepherd ofry hill. they found images of child pornography on his computer. today in cape may county lower township police will honor one of their fallen officers on the 23rd anniversary of his death. david douglas was shot and killed on this day in 1994. police will lower flags to half-staff and place a memorial wreath at the officer's grave. news out of new castle county. new details on the deadly prison standoff in smyrna. a lawyer for the union representing the officers said the inmates staged dry run protest last month to see how prison officials would respond. it lasted two hours. inmates refused to obey commands. it happened in the same building where just two weeks ago inmates took four correctional officers hostage. montgomeriville township police will hold a free child safety event. from 10:00 this morning to 1:00 this afternoon. police will provide child car seat information and parents can schedule car seat morning to a warm afternoon forecast. when i say warm i'm talking temperatures in the 60s. it will feel breezy but stay dry. no need for an umbrella. no need for a rain coat. really you won need the the morning. lehigh valley temperatures will hit the upper 50s for high temperatures later in the day. sunny to mostly sunny conditions. just a little breezy as we hit late afternoon. gusts 20 to 25 miles per hour. delaware 41 at 9:00 a.m. up to 59 degrees by 1:00 in the afternoon. very similar forecast in new jersey. 40 to then 50. highs will hit low 60s in new jersey. along the jersey shore high temperatures mid-50s. 54 at 1:00 p.m. the highest we'll get. tomorrow temperatures will pick up even higher along the shore. here's a temperature trend. pretty impressive. 39 on thursday for the official high that we hit. friday, yesterday we hit a high of 45 which is close to average. we get those mid-60s for saturday and sunday before we start cooling down monday. we'll talk more about that drop in temperatures, how long it lasts coming up. the mummers will be strutting for many today for the 3rd annual mardi gras parade. the triangle band will perform in the area's bars and restaurants. palm beach, florida. yesterday mr. trump made a stop at charleston, south carolina and looked over the new dreamliner jet. president trump also spoke to boeing employees pledging that american workers will quote always win. back in december the president blasted boeing over the cost of the new air force one project. yesterday he said negotiations on that project continue and that taxpayers are saving money. the president's pick to lead the environmental protection agency is now sworn in. yesterday the senate confirmed scott pruitt. democrats held an all night session to try to delay that final vote. pruitt face as tuesday deadline for turning over emails he sent and received as oklahoma attorney general. democrats claim those emails contain messages to and from fossil fuel companies that raised conflict of interest issues. we're learning philadelphia is one of nearly three dozen cities asking a federal judge to continue blocking president trump's travel ban. new york city's chief lawyer filed papers yesterday on beof the cities involved saying the ban damages economies and cultures. the white house insists the immigration order is needed to protect against terrorism. the president is expected to issue a new executive order related to the travel ban early next week. this morning the trump administration is down playing the idea of using 1,000 national guard troops to round up undocumented immigrants. the associated press obtained a memo thattedly shows homeland security officials had considered giving governors in 11 states the choice to use guard troops. the white house says the memo is not official and denies the national guard would ever be used to round up ims. immigration will certainly be a hot topic an nbc's "meet the press". jose baez simulator john mccain and former defense secretary leon pa net will sit down with moderator chuck todd. that comes your way tomorrow morning 10:30 right here on nbc 10. president trump will break tradition started by his predecessor by not filling out an ncaa basketball bracket. former president barack obama made selections all eight years he was in the white house. espn invited mr. trump to fill out a bracket on air. george the network he respectfully declined. philadelphia mayor jim kenney is blasting new jersey governor chris christie over comments christ made about phillies fans. the governor called the philly fans base angry and bitter and said citizens bank park is not safe for fans post officing teams. mayor kenney unloaded on christie. take a listen. >> i kind of feel sorry for the guy. he's got the biggest l on his forehead of anybody in the country. he's the most unpopular mayor of the state of new jersey in history. he threw all his people under the bus after he shut the bridge down. sent those guys to jail. he ran for president for one hot last minute. when that was over he was mooning trump thinking he was going to get a big job but forgot he put jared kushner's montgomery county where the merion high school boys basketball team is showing support for immigrants and refugees. ♪ the team sported these shirts during last night's game. they say i am a muslim, i to make a statement. they've also taken a knee during the national anthem. let's talk some weather now. this weekend southern california dealing with some deadly flooding. two people died yesterday during a powerful storm. the area saw flash flooding. thousands of power outages. people had to vevacuate their home because of landslides. the region will see more rain today. different picture in our area. krystal klei is tracking quite a bit of a warm up. >> that's right. usually not this way but the east coast has lot better weather than the west coast this weekend because of all the rain heading that way and our very dry conditions. take a look live outside right now from the comcast tower in center city. gorgeous sunrise. not a cloud to count as we look out at the sky. today it will be a sunny to mostly sunny day. no clouds. no rain. temperatures will be climbing big time. take a look where they are right now. this is in berks county, lehigh valley neighborhood. 26 in reading. leonardville barely under that 30 degree mark. across the board we see a lot of 20s. but as we get into the afternoon we're talking numbers in the 50s, close 60 in some parts of the lehigh valley. in philadelphia, some of us going to the mid-60s by this afternoon but right now we got 20s in areas. 27 chestnut hill. mid-30s in center city. fox chase 31 and somerton at 24 degrees. i know you see these numbers. really? we are going make the 60 snz a big warm. sunshine and a warm front passing. filtering in warmer air throughout today's forecast and tomorrow's forecast as well we'll see temperatures way higher than average. radar and satellite for us not a cloud to track. it's obvious we're clear across the board. as we go hour by hour forecast it sticks. we don't see any clouds building in afrom a few spotty clouds across the shore at 6:00 p.m. overnight we'll see some clouds move by but they don't hold on for long. your sun forecast. we're left with mostly sunny conditions through most of your sunday as well. temperatures for today here's the highs. center city you're at 65 degrees. chestnut hill up to 62. same for the suburbs for doylestown. low 60, lansdale to westchester. spots making to it 60s in the lehigh valley like easton. 57 will be the forecast high for allentown. in new jersey, strength up to 61 degrees. for the shore points, mid-50s today we got the ocean water. moderating effect and cooler air. water still going to be cold but a nice day at the shore. delaware we get to mid-60s for forecast highs. be a little breezy today. not a lot. winds coming out of the southwest at five to 15 miles per hour. gusts up to 25 miles per hour today. overall a beautiful saturday on tap. sunday looking just as good. we'll talk more about your extended ten day forecast coming up in the next half hour. this afternoon's warmer temperatures could take the polar out of the polar plunge. this is video from last year when it was 6 degrees as people ran into the ocean at sea aisle. this year temperatures will be in the 50s. we talked to people last night and said they were looking forward to the milder plunge this afternoon. >> awesome. no snow, no frost, no wind. >> a walk in the park. like a june afternoon. >> the plunge begins at 2:00 this afternoon. tomorrow there will be a run/walk to benefit autism research and a post-race party to wrap up the polar plunge weekend. further north sea aisle the boardwalk in ocean city back open. a rebuilding project is now finished. you can ride or stroll the entire length of the boardwalk without detours. crews are still working on a section of the boardwalk that is closer to the beach. if you're down to the shore, in atlantic city, check out luxurious wheels on displays. motor homes travel trailers is cold out there. get out the door this morning you want the coat. this afternoon you won't need it. 33 at mount pocono. 23 degrees in pottstown. philadelphia checking in at 30. northeast philly at 26 degrees. millville 24 right now. it is a cold start out there. we're going to make up a lot of ground as we get into the afternoon. that's when areas will make their way into the 60s. current wind speeds not much to look at. winds are so light around 5 miles per hour. all the spots you don't see anything they are not reporting winds. calm out there. huge difference from what we were seeing during the work week. we'll get a little breezy this afternoon,s 20 to 25 miles per hour. that's the most of our worries. we stay clear. our radar and satellite shows us there's not a cloud in sight over us. no rain to track for today. a dry and much warmer than average day that we have hide. here's what we're tracking. 30 right now and clear. 35 by 8:00 a.m. all the way up to 47 degrees already police arrested that suspect last night. >> reporter: an update on that girl's condition. police say they do expect her to survive. she's currently at the children's hospital of philadelphia. police say the woman who stabbed her will face a judge here this morning in collingdale. majeah bashir had no comment last night to our cameras. police say she got into an argument with one of her neighbors alert, speaking. she has a four inch gash in this of her head. quite deep. and quite wide. >> reporter: again that young girl at the children's hospital of philadelphia. meantime majeah bashir will turned violent in north philadelphia last night. police made four arrests. two bike officers suffered injuries. protesters sprayed mace and paint at officers. we'll keep you had. montgomery county police want to you take a good look of this video of two serial burglars in action. you can see the pair searching for cash in luigi pizzarama. thieves hit the restaurant twice before along with other small businesses in the area. in each case burglars use a crowbar. if you have any information about this break in or others, police would like to hear from you. today johns roast pork in south philadelphia will re-open for business. early yesterday burglars stole thousands of dollars along with sales and surveillance equipment. the owner told me burglars got in through the exhaust system. thieves made off with donations for a cancer charity. two businesses including a competitor have donated double the missing charity money. a pre-trial hearing in chester county is the latest step in the case of accused cop kill eric frein. jury selection was set for march 9th. he's charged with opening fire outside of a police barracks in 2014 killing one state trooper and wounding another. because it will be a high-profile trial the jury will be picked in chester county. those jurors will be bussed to pike county for opening statements which are scheduled for april. a man who crashed his pickup truck into an icy river and killed his dog will serve six months in prison. yesterday a judge sentenced the man for the incident in 2015. the plan pleaded guilty to an animal cruelty charge. he admitted to doughnuts with his truck on the ice. when the truck broke through the dog jumped in when it happened and drowned. if you are feeling lucky you got another chance at a big powerball jackpot. tonight's drawing is an estimated $349 million. one time cash payment a little more than $213 million. on wednesday night one ticket purchased in new jersey carried a $1 million allentown and 30 in philadelphia. that's the same for coatesville. mount holly at 25. vineland at 23 degrees. but then into the afternoon things seriously are going to boost up. here are the weekend high temperatures. this is the forecast high from philadelphia 65 to 66 degrees on sunday. that's near record breaking. 68 is the record on sunday. in the suburbs we go from low 60s staying around the low 60s to sunday as well. 62 degrees. lehigh valley bumping up from upper 50s to 60s and that's the same at the jersey shore. mid-50s for today. but up to 60 degrees by your sunday. in new jersey we stay low mid-60s and look at delaware. 65 on your saturday. but 67 on your sunday. and sunday some spots in southern delaware may closer to 70 degrees for that forecast high. so over the next several days we'll see temperatures staying very warm, warmer than average. your saturday/sunday a little dip on your monday into the low mid-50s but still dry. and no chance of rain for the shore or philadelphia until wednesday in philly at least. temperature wise we do see some of that pickup again by wednesday. 60 degrees. we'll look at how long the next stretch of 60s go coming up. in philadelphia this weekend hundreds of young swimmers are racing for spots in the junior olympics. nbc 10 was at the cross center last night where kids from ages 9 to 19 from all over the east coast are competing in the annual president's day throw down. the race is run through tomorrow night. coming up lights out. how an entire stadium of fans banded together during a power outage at a high school basketball game. plus, looking forrers. job fair is being held today for one of the biggest amusement parks in our area. we'll have the details after our break. forecast highs really climbing through the morning hours and especially the afternoon with those sunny conditions. your delaware neighborhoods are the same. talliville at 30. we have upper 20s for middletown already at 32 degrees. look at some of those beach spots. 39 lewis beach. 38 long neck. but 27 ffor allendale. southern delaware will be our warmest conditions. the same for tomorrow. we could see a few spots flirting up wither 60s. radar and satellite for us today clear conditions across the map. i would normally point out at least some gray spots that shows up on satellite where the clouds are. can't do that. no clouds to track. across much of the region stretching down to d.c. and pittsburgh. a clear forecast out there this morning aside from some very thin clouds. next three days are looking pretty good especially for those of you who may have president's day off. 65 today. 66 sunday. and 54 monday. in philadelphia. breeze late day today into early tomorrow but that's about it. 61 to for your sunday in the suburbs and then 54 by monday. it's still sunny on your monday. in the lehigh valley up to 60 by tomorrow. then a drop. it's a cool down but still warmer than average monday at 50 degrees is the forecast high. in new jersey 63 goes to 64 before that drop to 54 degrees. and you see just a little cooler at the jersey shore. 54 the 60s on sunday. few shore spots may make to it several degrees above 60. your future wind gusts as itches mentioning don't get too terribly strong. pickup from calm conditions this morning and single digits in the early afternoon right at your lunch hour to double digits close to 15 to 20 mile-per-hour wind gusts at 4:00 p.m. gusts up to 25 will job as we go into the evening as well. you see that in burlington to a few changes with the warm up and winds picking up as we get into this afternoon. look at these forecast highs. 65 in. 61 in the suburbs. 63 in new jersey. upper 50s to around 60 in the lehigh valley. and 65 for parts of delaware. you'll little warmer in southern delaware, a little cooler in northern delaware. mostly sunny across the board and we just get a little breezy as we get later into the day. as for your sky conditions radar and satellite, not often we can say not a cloud in site, not a drop in rain. no snowflakes to be had. we're entirely dry. by this afternoon temperatures are much too warm to support any type of frozen precip. actually take a look. the entire region that's clear. not a cloud in sight through pennsylvania tracking down through d.c. to norfolk we're looking at dry conditions. we'll look how long this lasts. this morning an 1-year-old girl from delaware county is in the hospital after she was stabbed in the head. the whom did you it was angry over the child's babysitting skills. nbc 10's randy gyllenhaal is live in collingdale where police arrested the suspect last night and she will face a judge today. >> reporter: police say the good news is this 8-year-old girl will survive. she's currently at the children's hospital of philadelphia. as you mentioned that suspect who police say stab this girl will be facing a judge later this morning. her name is majeah bashir and she had no comment when she was confronted with our cameras last night. police say she got into an argument with one of her neighbors and then used a steak knife to stab the neighbor's young daughter. the girl was stabbed in the right side of her head. other children were actually nearby and saw it happen. now police say it's unclear if the girl was actually the intended target but it appears right now this argument was sparked over concerns about babysitting. >> i don't care what you're arguing about, what you're fighting about. you got a baby in between you or a maybe mix and you're going to pull a butcher knife out? >> reporter: majeah bashir faces attempted criminal homicide charges. we aspect her to head to a courtroom to be arraigned by a judge latter this morning. this morning philadelphia police are investigating a protest that turned violent and ended in four arrests and sent two bike officers to the hospit hospital. nbc 10 was in north philadelphia last night when peaceful march against the president and against police turned chaotic. investigators tell us demonstrators shot mace paiand paint in their eyes. >> fortunately, a small group of people within the crowd made a decision to escalate this and that resulted in people being arrested. >> they pepper sprayed. they started taking out their batons and hitting people. >> once you to spray police officers with a caustic substance you're not involved in protest activity you're in criminal activity. >> the two officers were treated for minor injuries. unclear what if any charges the four people arrested may face. let's head to north philly where investigators there are trying to figure out exactly what cause this car to crash into a store sfron. it happened at fresh doughnut. no one was hurt. this morning officials are checking the stability of the building for safety. >> a south jersey man who volunteers with the girl scouts is accused of possessing child pornography. yesterday police arrested philip shepherd ofry hill. they found images of child pornography on his computer. today in cape may county lower township police will honor one of their fallen officers on the 23rd anniversary of his death. david douglas was shot and killed on this day in 1994. police will lower flags to half-staff and place a memorial wreath at the officer's grave. news out of new castle county. new details on the deadly prison standoff in smyrna. a lawyer for the union representing the officers said the inmates staged dry run protest last month to see how prison officials would respond. it lasted two hours. inmates refused to obey commands. it happened in the same building where just two weeks ago inmates took four correctional officers hostage. montgomeriville township police will hold a free child safety event. from 10:00 this morning to 1:00 this afternoon. police will provide child car seat information and parents can schedule car seat safety inspections. >> a new push to stop donald trump's travel ban. philadelphia joins a growing list of cities trying to keep the president's executive order from being enforced. how money plays a the morning. lehigh valley temperatures will hit the upper 50s for high temperatures later in the day. sunny to mostly sunny conditions. just a little breezy as we hit late afternoon. gusts 20 to 25 miles per hour. delaware 41 at 9:00 a.m. up to 59 degrees by 1:00 in the afternoon. very similar forecast in new jersey. 40 to then 50. highs will hit low 60s in new jersey. along the jersey shore high temperatures mid-50s. 54 at 1:00 p.m. the highest we'll get. tomorrow temperatures will pick up even higher along the shore. here's a temperature trend. pretty impressive. 39 on thursday for the official high that we hit. friday, yesterday we hit a high of 45 which is close to average. we get those mid-60s for saturday and sunday before we start cooling down monday. we'll talk more about that drop in temperatures, how long it lasts coming up. the mummers will be strutting for many today for the 3rd annual mardi gras parade. the triangle band will perform in the area's bars and restaurants. morning pence vowed that the united states will hold russia accountable. this as president trump looks for new common ground with moscow. later today the vice president will meet with gear chancellor angela merkel. the next step in president trump's first 100 days in office is a campaign style rally in orlando today. the president is spending a third straight weekend at his mar-a-lago estate in palm beach, florida. yesterday mr. trump made a stop at charleston, south carolina and looked over the new dreamliner jet. president trump also spoke to boeing employees pledging that american workers will quote always win. back in december the president blasted boeing over the cost of the new air force one project. yesterday he said negotiations on that project continue and that taxpayers are saving money. the president's pick to lead the environmental protection agency is now sworn in. yesterday the senate confirmed scott pruitt. democrats held an all night session to try to delay that final vote. pruitt face as tuesday deadline for turning over emails he sent and received as oklahoma attorney general. democrats claim those emails contain messages to and from fossil fuel companies that raised conflict of interest issues. we're learning philadelphia is one of nearly three dozen cities asking a federal judge to continue blocking president trump's travel ban. new york city's chief lawyer filed papers yesterday on beof the cities involved saying the ban damages economies and cultures. the white house insists the immigration order is needed to protect against terrorism. the president is expected to issue a new executive order related to the travel ban early next week. this morning the trump administration is down playing the idea of using 1,000 national guard troops to round up undocumented immigrants. the associated press obtained a memo thattedly shows homeland security officials had considered giving governors in 11 states the choice to use guard troops. the white house says the memo is not official and denies the national guard would ever be used to round up ims. immigration will certainly be a hot topic an nbc's "meet the press". jose baez simulator john mccain and former defense secretary leon pa net will sit down with moderator chuck todd. that comes your way tomorrow morning 10:30 right here on nbc 10. president trump will break tradition started by his predecessor by not filling out an ncaa basketball bracket. former president barack obama made selections all eight years he was in the white house. espn invited mr. trump to fill out a bracket on air. george the network he respectfully declined. philadelphia mayor jim kenney is blasting new jersey governor chris christie over comments christ made about phillies fans. the governor called the philly fans base angry and bitter and said citizens bank park is not safe for fans post officing teams. mayor kenney unloaded on christie. take a listen. >> i kind of feel sorry for the guy. he's got the biggest l on his forehead of anybody in the country. he's the most unpopular mayor of the state of new jersey in history. he threw all his people under the bus after he shut the to make a statement. they've also taken a knee during the national anthem. let's talk some weather now. this weekend southern california dealing with some deadly flooding. two people died yesterday during a powerful storm. the area saw flash flooding. thousands of power outages. people had to vevacuate their home because of landslides. the region will see more rain today. different picture in our area. krystal klei is tracking quite a bit of a warm up. >> that's right. usually not this way but the east coast has lot better weather than the west coast this weekend because of all the rain heading that way and our very dry conditions. take a look live outside right now from the comcast tower in center city. gorgeous sunrise. not a cloud to count as we look out at the sky. today it will be a sunny to mostly sunny day. no clouds. no rain. temperatures will be climbing big time. take a look where they are right now. this is in berks county, lehigh valley neighborhood. 26 in reading. leonardville barely under that 30 degree mark. across the board we see a lot of 20s. but as we get into the afternoon we're talking numbers in the 50s, close 60 in some parts of the lehigh valley. in philadelphia, some of us going to the mid-60s by this afternoon but right now we got 20s in areas. 27 chestnut hill. mid-30s in center city. fox chase 31 and somerton at 24 degrees. i know you see these numbers. really? we are going make the 60 snz a big warm. sunshine and a warm front passing. filtering in warmer air throughout today's forecast and tomorrow's forecast as well we'll see temperatures way higher than average. radar and satellite for us not a cloud to track. it's obvious we're clear across the board. as we go hour by hour forecast it sticks. we don't see any clouds building in afrom a few spotty clouds across the shore at 6:00 p.m. overnight we'll see some clouds move by but they don't hold on for long. your sun forecast. we're left with mostly sunny conditions through most of your sunday as well. temperatures for today here's the highs. center city you're at 65 degrees. chestnut hill up to 62. same for the suburbs for doylestown. low 60, lansdale to westchester. spots making to it 60s in the lehigh valley like easton. 57 will be the forecast high for allentown. in new jersey, strength up to 61 degrees. for the shore points, mid-50s today we got the ocean water. moderating effect and cooler air. water still going to be cold but a nice day at the shore. delaware we get to mid-60s for forecast highs. be a little breezy today. not a lot. winds coming out of the southwest at five to 15 miles per hour. gusts up to 25 miles per hour today. overall a beautiful saturday on tap. sunday looking just as good. we'll talk more about your extended ten day forecast coming up in the next half hour. this afternoon's warmer temperatures could take the polar out of the polar plunge. this is video from last year when it was 6 degrees as people ran into the ocean at sea aisle. this year temperatures will be in the 50s. we talked to people last night and said they were looking forward to the milder plunge this afternoon. >> awesome. no snow, no frost, no wind. >> a walk in the park. like a june afternoon. >> the plunge begins at 2:00 this afternoon. tomorrow there will be a run/walk to benefit autism research and a post-race party to wrap up the polar plunge weekend. further north sea aisle the boardwalk in ocean city back open. a rebuilding project is now finished. you can ride or stroll the entire length of the boardwalk without detours. police arrested that suspect last night. >> reporter: an update on that girl's condition. police say they do expect her to survive. she's currently at the children's hospital of philadelphia. police say the woman who stabbed her will face a judge here this morning in collingdale. majeah bashir had no comment last night to our cameras. police say she got into an argument with one of her neighbors turned violent in north philadelphia last night. police made four arrests. two bike officers suffered injuries. protesters sprayed mace and paint at officers. we'll keep you had. montgomery county police want to you take a good look of this video of two serial burglars in action. you can see the pair searching for cash in luigi pizzarama. thieves hit the restaurant twice before along with other small businesses in the area. in each case burglars use a crowbar. if you have any information about this break in or others, police would like to hear from you. today johns roast pork in south philadelphia will re-open for business. early yesterday burglars stole thousands of dollars along with sales and surveillance equipment. the owner told me burglars got in through the exhaust system. thieves made off with donations for a cancer charity. two businesses including a competitor have donated double the missing charity money. a pre-trial hearing in chester county is the latest step in the case of accused cop kill eric frein. jury selection was set for march 9th. he's charged with opening fire outside of a police barracks in 2014 killing one state trooper and wounding another. because it will be a high-profile trial the jury will be picked in chester county. those jurors will be bussed to pike county for opening statements which are scheduled for april. a man who crashed his pickup truck into an icy river and killed his dog will serve six months in prison. yesterday a judge sentenced the man for the incident in 2015. the plan pleaded guilty to an animal cruelty charge. he admitted to doughnuts with his truck on the ice. when the truck broke through the dog jumped in when it happened and drowned. if you are feeling lucky you got another chance at a big powerball jackpot. tonight's drawing is an estimated $349 million. one time cash payment a little more than $213 million. on wednesday night one ticket purchased in new jersey carried a $1 million high temperatures. this is the forecast high from philadelphia 65 to 66 degrees on sunday. that's near record breaking. 68 is the record on sunday. in the suburbs we go from low 60s staying around the low 60s to sunday as well. 62 degrees. lehigh valley bumping up from upper 50s to 60s and that's the same at the jersey shore. mid-50s for today. but up to 60 degrees by your sunday. in new jersey we stay low mid-60s and look at delaware. 65 on your saturday. but 67 on your sunday. and sunday some spots in southern delaware may closer to 70 degrees for that forecast high. so over the next several days we'll see temperatures staying very warm, warmer than average. your saturday/sunday a little dip on your monday into the low mid-50s but still dry. and no chance of rain for the shore or philadelphia until wednesday in philly at least. temperature wise we do see some of that pickup again by wednesday. 60 degrees. we'll look at how long the next stretch of 60s go coming up. in
