Police say the driver hit a parked car at Pinter Elementary School and tried to take off. The teenager tried to stop him and they say the man drove right into him. The teen has a major leg injury. Yesterday a jury convicted graham spannial on one count of child endangerment for mishandling complaints related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal. Penn state says its strengthening accountability in the wake of the scandal. Jerry sandusky is serving a prison sentence for sexually abusing ten boys.
