5:30 on this sunday. still cold out there this morning but better than yesterday. meteorologist krystal klei has the most accurate forecast in the regional. >> you're right. not quite as cold as yesterday. 29 degrees in philadelphia. most of us at or below freezing for allentown, mt. holly 26. 31 degrees in wilmington and atlantic city. that was a look at your actual temperatures. this is what it feels like this morning. the feels-like temperatures weren't quite as rough as they were yesterday. 13 in mt. pocono. yesterday we were below zero, 23 in wilmington, philadelphia the same. it is a cold start to your morning, but not as cold as yesterday. so that's the good news for us. temperatures this afternoon will always be warmer than what we saw yesterday. here is radar and satellite. we have clouds starting to deal with the west. we're looking at today mostly cloudy to partly cloudy. as we get later in the day, we will see more sunshine, still, the clouds will be overhead, not as sunny as yesterday, although we didn't really feel the effects. it was so cold through the afternoon. here is the look at the forecast as we go throughout the next few hours. 29 right now, low 30s at 7:00 a.m. already warmer than the high we hit yesterday as we get into your late morning hours. notice winds start to pick up as well. it will still feel colder than it truly is. looking at a breezy of a noon. we'll talk about the wind speeds and the big warmup on the way in just a few minutes. just within the last 90 minutes, a federal appeals court denied the trump administration's request to immediately reinstate the ban on immigrants and refugees from seven muslim countries. the overseas rush to board flights, yesterday the justice department fierld an appeal to deny the ruling. the appeal was denied. this morning mr. trump is working out of his resort in florida. one tweet he wrote reads the judge opens up our country to poe testimony terrorists and others that do not have our best interests at heart. bad people are very healthy. matt delucia is at philadelphia international airport. >> reporter: the federal judge who issued the administration, according to the trump administration, over reemed. the ninth circuit court of appeals didn't buy that argument, at least not at the moment. there is expected to be more back and forth as far as arguments on the case. the justice department has until early tomorrow morning to respond. the acting solicitor general argued that the president alone has the power to decide who can stay in the u.s. yesterday airports and airlines began complying with a court order that came on friday night that lifted the ban even if temporarily. president trump vowed the court ruling will be overturned. the travel ban had been in place for a week. some people who had been detained made it into the u.s. >> it's really frustrated. i was about to check in when he signed the order. >> the airport welcomes the return of operating procedures in which properly vetted foreign travellers and refugees are admitted into the united states. a syrian family denied entry here at philadelphia international last charges in the death of a 2-year-old boy. nbc 10 obtained the 911 call in the unresolved case. the call lets us hear the frantic moments up to that toddler's death. >> he's dying, please! >> county officials released the call to nbc 10 yesterday in response to an open records request. the november call came from the nanny. he said the toddler in her care was throwing up blood. the boy ended up dying at some point after the eight-minute call. the prosecutors office is handling the case. so far no arrests. in lehigh valley police need your help to find a man they say posing as an officer. police say the man pictured here mulled over aa woman in lower seahawk ken township. officers say the woman realized the person was not a police officer and drove off. the same suspect is wanted for another similar incident in white hall township. the man wrote a white suv with a red and blue emergency light on the dashboard. take a look at these exclusive new pictures on the delaware river this morning. sunrise not until a little after 7:00 a.m. what we're looking at today is some clouds, breezy condition, and temperatures that are warmer than yesterday. let's talk about the winds. a little bit around 10 to 15 miles per hour, not terribly strongs. gusting up to 25 miles per hour. a few spots may see gusts up to 35 miles per hour. that will put you in the low end windy category. strong enough that it will feel cooler than it actually is even in the afternoon. 32 degrees at 8:00 a.m., 40 by noon and mid to upper 40s as we get into the later afternoon. 4:00 p.m. at 44 degrees. if you see a little mix and clouds out there in philly, that's going to be the case across the board. 29 at 8:00 a.m. in the suburbs, 38 by noon. that's the same for the lehigh valley. cloudy as we start the morning there. in delaware, 32 degrees, 8:00 a.m. and 30 for new jersey. the shore a little warmer at 35 degrees. then we track those temperatures into the afternoon all making their way into the mid, upper 40s for high temperatures later on. it's a big difference from yesterday when we saw mid to upper 30s for high temperatures. let's review. coming up, we'll talk more closely about the warmer, still cloudy, breezy conditions of today. maybe you're going to a super bowl party. then we'll look at the temperatures continuing to climb through your workweek, how high they go. we'll track rain returning to the fast as well. >> demonstrations continue in our area during president trump's first 100 days in office. according to officials, 2,000 people took part in the march for humanity down broad street. the group was protesting president trump's travel and immigration ban. aside from the traffic trouble, philadelphia police tell us the march was peaceful. philly police's chief inspector of homeland security thanked his force on twitter. he tweeted a vp visit, two large demonstrations and marches, zero arrests and zero negative incidents. very proud of my officers. there were protests worldwide including in mar-a-lago where president trump is spending his weekend, london, berlin and paris. vice president mike pence stopped in philadelphia yesterday to talk courts and the constitution. the vice president spoke to members of the federalist society, a group that advocates for the constitution and the separation of powers. the vice president took the opportunity to praise president trump's pick for the supreme court, judge neil gorsuch. >> it should be abundantly clear that judge neil gorsuch is a worthy successor to antonin scalia, cut from the same cloth. our constitution and country will be stronger with him on the supreme court, but we're not there yet, which is why i'm here. >> before his speech, vice president pence saw the liberty
