clouds early this morning, but weather stories include clouds from south to north. dwee ha we do have showers, and a low pressure could make it a little messy for some, especially further south. isolated showers likely for parts of the kent county as well as cape may, so that's something to think about, at least for the rest of the day. keep in mind, we dlalso do have those showers. so if you follow us on social media and also, look at the bottom of your screen. tonight, overcast skies, muggy with south westerlies, increasing the dew points, a little soupy, and tomorrow, overcast skies, notice the cloud deck getting lower and the threat of widespread rain showers. so the weathermaker out west worksing its way towards the east locally, already notice the greens, denoting showers working their way northward. south to north, i don't expect to be a wash-out, for today, just not going to be a sunny day in the forecast. i'm going to go with mostly cloudy skies with a couple of breaks in the clouds for some sunshine earlier in the day. current wind profile, a little variable, so some northerly, some westerly and we're starting to is he a shift, and of course everything moving southwesterly and a kick up in the dew points as well. right now, 50s and 60s, topping out in the 80s today. yesterday, 80, and highest gusts, 30 miles per hour. lows tonight, 60s, 70s. that's because we have the southwesterly warmer air and thick, soupy clouds keeping the warmer air in place. futurecast, getting started at about 5:30, we are geoing to ge this in motion, you're going to see some spotty shower, not much. but by tomorrow, the introduction of heavier showers move in. the only saving grace i would say this. it looks like models are favoring that some of the rain may stay to the north, so it looks like we may get a couple of breaks in those showers. notice by about tomorrow afternoon into early evening, we see a little break, otherwise, it is all about tracking these showers and how it will affect july 4th and of course the fireworks. coming up in just a bit, and of course online, i'll have the ten-day forecast. >> thanks, erica. michael cimino has died. he is behind, around they go. >> it was nascar under the lights at daytona last night. the 16 car pile up slowed things down about halfway through the race. even a final spin out in front of him didn't stop brad ca kazlowski. let's hit the diamonds, phillys going fourth straight wins. the bats helping him out early on. phillys on the board first. leaving the end field, peter borges comes in, 1-0 phils. look at this. k kendris, almost bangs off his face on the scoreboard. gets morales in the fifth. retiring of the last nine guys. he couldn't get much off of duffy, allowing two runs. phillys lose 6-2. >> yeah, i felt like myself right there. i felt like that's what i'm used to doing. come in with the fastball, and breaking ball and change up, so you know, the last three innings were a definitely a help for me. >> he wasn't happy i took him out, but he had 94 pitches, especially after three solid innings like that, i was encouraged about it. hoops, practice in utah, ben simmons, top two draft picks weren't there. simmons hadn't signed his contract as of yet. but he did so late last night. walau had international red type to get through. simmons plays and when he does, you can see it on the comcast network. utah summer league games against the celtics, tuesday against the spurs, and thursday against the jazz live on csn. western conference houston, scoreless and stoppage time, 0-0, free kick, yes, that's former union, christian midania, as the union let one slip away. 1-1. michael phelps, last night trying to add the 100 meter, holding the world record in this event, it wasn't easy for him, lane 7, after doing just enough to reach the finals, after swimming the 200 im on friday. he was fourth at the turn, but finishes with the time of 51 seconds flat. two tenths of a second faster than shields, who also qualified. 5:57 on this sunday. there is another fun filled day ahead at that wawa american festival. mass matt delucia is live there. >> reporter: a picture perfect
