Well break down the forecast hour by hour to show you when those showers are most likely to come back in your neighborhood when im back in ten minutes. On 95, the southbound side at cottman avenue. A tractortrailer accident involving two tractortrailers and a diesel spill. A lot of lanes lost. Its saying and reporting at least two lanes blocked. You can see with traffic barely even moving at all if they have to get to two lanes, almost at a standstill. Either way, you want to avoid this portion of 95 again on the southbound side at cottman avenue. The drive time, 56 minutes from woodhaven to the vine expressway. Speeds averaging already into the teens. Now to get by the scene, youll see were backing up more. Earlier, it was only a little chunk that was slow. Now were approaching some of the rush hour time. If you typically head from new jersey to 95 and head that way toward center city, you want to avoid that for now. Maybe take 130. That can get you by the scene. Hop over to the ben franklin bridge. You can take the roosevelt boulevard. Exit at broads and head down to the at broad and head down to the vine industry expressway or the schuylkill to get yourself by. The end result here is get yourself out the door earlier, especially if you typically take anybody southbound. Detouring around the scene isnt going to be an easy one. Back to you. The bandits walked in an open door and grabbed a dog, two cell phones, and a set of keys and took off. No one was hurt. Investigators believe the victims may know the robbers. In camden county, a house fire at yale road. Flames broke out around 4 30 this morning. Crews quickly snuffed them out. Were working to learn the condition of the firefighter. It will take at least an hour to do so. Take 130, head to the ben franklin bridge and across that way. Or head to the roosevelt boulevard, take vine street. Or you could pass it because roosevelt boulevard looks great. You can head toward the schuylkill expressway that way. Well end with mass transit. Route 13 for septa running about 20 minutes late for all of the service. New Jersey Transit running on a holiday schedule. He said he didnt know them, and there was no reason for the attack. He said at least seven people threw punches at the teens back, head, and chest. The victim is too scared to show his face. His mother is grateful that theres video. It was pretty scary. I wasnt expecting anything to happen, they were threatening they were going to punch me and stuff. Thank goodness theres videos and technology helped. Its hopefully going to help catch these kids and teach them a lesson. The victim and a friend were celebrating the 14yearolds birthday. Upper Marion Police are investigating this fight. Delaware is trying to ensure that people struggling with drug addiction get the help they need. House lawmakers are expected to vote on legislation today that would ensure treatment would be covered by insurance. Supporters of the bill say denial of Insurance Coverage is causing a shortage of adequate Treatment Facilities throughout the state. A new plan could allow Philadelphia School students to get their free lunches even on snow days when theyre not at school. The Philadelphia City council is considering a bill to create a Pilot Program where lunch would still be served around the city for those students. Other cities have similar programs. We typically have it around this time when we start to see big delays just because of normal morning volume. Typically in the 20s. Right now were over an hour trip for that southbound side from wood haven to the vine street expressway. Speeds now down under the teens. Just went back up to 13 Miles Per Hour for the average speed there. They are blocking off all of the lanes now because theres a diesel fuel spill and two tractortrailers involved in a crash. You dont want to take 95 southbound unless youre exiting on 295 past cottman avenue. That could be an alternate for you there if you want to take local roads. If you are typically in new jersey and cross over to 95 that way, you can take route 130, head to the ben franklin bridge and cross into philly that way. You can head down the roosevelt boulevard. Were not seeing any major delays that way. If you move down broad and head back to the vine, you can make yourself into the philadelphia area right there. And also you can just skip broad completely and head to the schuylkill. We are seeing westbound delays on the schuylkill expressway, as well.
