Authorities tell us the officers tried to stop the car earlier in the night but the driver kept going then he ran off. Four other people were in the car. Also breaking overnight, hawaiis known as the 50th state but it has become the first state to sue over President Donald Trump travel ban. The state says the ban will harm its Muslim Population and its foreign students and will hurt tourism. It will ask for a temporary restraining order. Residents say several apartment complexes in New Castle County are taking action to protect themselves following a series of kidnappings. Maintenance crews have secured new security locks. Police are now investigating three different attacks on three different apartment complexes in the area. The suspect is still on the lose.
