They say the prosecution never told them and allowed the alleged victim to testify anyway. Prosecution is calling that absu absurd. The judge will be deciding on if there is if the guilty plea of a priest who he is accused of covering up for will be allowed if there is a new trial as well. Montsignor william lynn first in the church to be convicted for the super vision of priest. Conviction was thrown out. Lynn released from prison in august. Vacated 2012 conviction. District Attorneys Office decided not to drop charges. Prosecutors will be pursuing a new trial. Teacher at north Penn High School until he resigned after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenage student. In june submitted a payment for 153. Two months later noticed a problem. They were charging more fe two months. When i called them, they said it was because i never made the payment for june. The Bank Statement showed it had been deducted. She called the company and went to the office several times. I was frustrated. I made the payment. Thats when she called nbc 10 responds. We contacted pgw. It looked into the issue and said the incorrect account number was entered a at the time the payment was made. Which caused the payment not to be properly applied. Me made the proper adjustments and reflected the payment on her account. How do you feel . I i feel happy. Thank you. Now, a quick trip so you dont have this problem, doublecheck the number when you pay your bill. Account numbers can be long and include letters and numbers.
