Skyforce 10 was over the scene on sterling street just after 9 00 last night. A 17yearold died following the shooting, a 16yearold and a 21yearold are both in critical condition. New details this morning on the plan to raise the new jersey gas tax by 23 cents a gallon. A Rating Agency now says it could strain the state budget. Moodys says the plan is a credit negative which means it could worsen the States Credit rating. The new Jersey Legislature passed a plan with support from both sides of the aisle on friday. It would raise the gas tax but cut the sales tax to about 6. 6 while fazing out the estate tax. The agency says these changes could cost the state 1. 4 billion over the next five years.
