Yesterday, but some of his teammate reece main in rio this morning facing more questions from police there. Jacques connor and gunner benz were taken off a flight and detained. Their lawyers say they will not be allowed to leave brazil until they give testimony to investigators. A third swimmer also remains in brazil. Ryan lochte said the four men were robbed at gunpoint. Investigators have not found evidence, and adding that the swimmers were not able to provide key details. When a brazilian judge ordered that lochtes passport be seized, he had already returned to american soil. Matt lauer will talk about that later on on the today show. The state Department Says they are ready to provide assistance to those swimmers who are still in brazil if necessary. Local authorities released them last night with the understanding that they would make further statements about the robbery later on today.
