Police say the incident started when a woman drove down the street last night. Neighbors yelled at her to slow down because kids were playing on the block. Jenkintown stop is serviced by lines that experienced delays and overcrowding yesterday. This is what it looked like at stops throughout the Regional Rail<\/a> system yesterday. Large crowds.
