Disappearance of four young men. Police havent said if theyre connected at all. The men all vanished within days of each other. A search has been happening where Pamela Osborne has spent the monrning. Reporter i spoke to the father of one missing man. He told me his sons car was found over the weekend. There was no sign of mark. He is one of four missing men that police are searching for. This morning, we saw Police Cruiser in front of a garage. There was yellow crime scene tape there. Police from several departments searched the general area last night. They are searching for teens seen on wednesday and another teen, who was last seen friday ea evening, the same even that marks father saw him last. He was supposed to be going to meet his friends. Both men have not been seen. Police have put us in the media staging area right off of route 202. I have reached out to them by phone and email. We know we are expecting and update from them any minute now. As soon as we get that information, we will pass it along to you. Im Pamela Osborne, nbc 10 news. T Timothy Piazza died in february. We have the latest on the case against the frat members. Reporter this morning, former Penn State Fraternity brothers are heading back to court to find out whether they are going to trial. Do you have anything to say . Reporter 18 are charged in the brutal hazing death of 19yearold tim piazza. His devastated parents plan to be in the courtroom again. They hope that the death of their son is not in vain and that the death of their son will encourage change. Reporter during the first part of the hearing last month, prosecutors played Surveillance Video of piazza drunk falling head first repeatedly head first inside the Fraternity House in february. We have a friend unconscious. Reporter it took 12 hours for someone to call 911. That is what made the difference. Yes. They killed him. Reporter his parents furious at what they call the inappropriate behavior of the defendants in court in june, likening it to a fraternity gettogether. Lapping each others back, laughing, kidding and joking. That was distressing to the piazzas. Reporter the charges range from evidence tampering to involuntary manslaughter. They didnt participate in some type of back slapping. Reporter luke is accused of aggravated assault. With regard to the charges against my client, they are both factually and legally unfounded, unjustified and unwarranted. Reporter the defendants have pleaded not guilty several of the attorneys saying there is more of the story yet to be told. They plan to crossexamine the prosecutions witnesses as this hearing. Its expected to last through at least tomorrow. Investigators are looking for the cause of a fire at a Railroad Yard in south philadelphia. Nbc so was at the csx yard on columbus boulevard where fire broke out inside a tractortrailer. This happened around midnight. Flames spread before crews arrived and put them out. No one was hurt. Burlington county prosecutors are trying to figure out what happened during a deadly Home Invasion. The home oern caowner called po. He told police that he stabbed them in selfdefense. The family identified the man killed as jimmy doyle. They gathered at a vigil for him and painted a picture of a man who loved his family and had lots of friends.
