Every year i had an eighth grader who was pregnant when i was teaching in the district and that came of from lack of selflove. It goes out into being promiscuous, acting out in schools. And these girls want someone to listen to them so with our teen summit we have women who are there to tell the girls that youre not the first teenager. Everybodys been 13, 14, 15, weve been there. But its a time to really talk to older women and hear their experiences so they dont feel so alone. I think youre living what youre preaching, you brought your teenage son with you just off camera.
