This is a tightknit Small Community in Haddon Township but the details of this little boys disappearance still unfolding, unclear if there was trauma or if it was a terrible accident. Were along cooper avenue which is crawling with police and detectives after were told a loved one of the little boy reported him missing at 6 00 this morning. A source confirms the father is the one who reported the boy missing. The come den county Prosecutors Office is the lead on this investigation and they just confirmed for me our Source Information that, in fact, the little boy has died. Skyforce 10 over cooper river park just an hour ago as the details began to unfold. What we know for sure is that the little boy was reported missing again this morning at 6 00 from the 100 block of cooper avenue where we are here. That location at cooper river park is more than a mile away. Local Police Called camden metro to assist with their canine units. Thats when im told the dogs picked up the little boys scent, the canine unit tracked him to the wooded area along south park drive at the cooper river, had don township side of the cooper river. This unfolding as local residents saw a post about the missing little boy on their Facebook Page this morning. We spoke with one local mom, megan shaw, who told me she went outside of her home, she left her children with another loved one but she went out into this community looking for this little boy and she made it all the way to cooper river park and thats when she saw some crime type because her heart is broken over all of this. Her and other mothers as many residents are standing on the sidewalk here this morning completely heartbroken over this news here this morning and wanting more answers. Investigators tell me the little boy was found shortly before 9 00 a. M. And they have yet to release his name. Thats because they are working still to make sure that all next of kin are notified. Were also told by the Camden County Prosecutors Office that an autopsy will be conducted today. When i asked them if there was any foul play or trauma to the body, they simply werent ready to answer that question for us. So of course well have more information for you as soon as we have it, live in had ddon township, cydney long, nbc 10 news. Skyforce 10 was over a house fire in Delaware County this started at a home on garden lane in aston just after 6 00 a. M. No one was injured but the family lost everything. The red cross is helping them. A 14yearold boy is still in Critical Condition after someone shot him in the head last night. Officers found boy in front of the Housing Authority Police Building on 10th street. The nearest surveillance camera is outside of the philadelphia Housing Authority apartment building. Police believe the shooter may have come out of that building. Theyre looking at the video for clues. We take a live look now from high above center city and we see the clouds have moved in. This was a sunny view about an hour ago but now were tracking showers moving this way and that will also bring a change in temperature, too. New this morning, video of the car a Police Believe the robbers crashed after speeding away from the crime scene. Now, the Home Invasion happened late last night in philadelphia. Reporter the manhunt continue this is morning. Homicide detectives are trying to figure out who would commit this brutal crime and kill the father of three Young Children. Reporter this was the scene at 51st and locust, about a mile away from where Police Say Three boys about 17 years old walked through an unlocked door at this home on the 1,100 block of south ruby street. Philadelphia police say it happened just after 11 00 last night. The boys tied up a 27yearold woman and demanded money. When she had none to offer, police say the woman heard gunshots in the living room. A 50yearold man was shot fly times in the head. He later died at the hospital. Three Young Children, a 10monthold, twoyearold, and fiveyearold were also inside the house. Back to this scene, a crash believed to be connected to the Home Invasion. The possible getaway car crashed into a parked car at 51st and locust and overturned a neighbor who did not want to be identified describes what happened. I thought somebody was dead but it was like i said, i dont know how anybody got out of there. They got out after that, i dont know how they did it. Reporter police found no suspects but did find a bloody gun at the scene. Neighbors cant understand the violence. Now, the mother and three kids were not physically injured in this Home Invasion. They want to find the driver who ran over their loved one and kept going. Neighbors say he was riding his bicycle on shaw street last month when a car hit him from behind in millville. He slipped into a coma and died from his injuries last week. We talked to a witness who was driving her car at the time he was run over. I saw in my Rearview Mirror him fly. And then i when i was there i saw the bike. It was bent in half. Police say the hitandrun driver left some evidence behind, a side view mirror and a headlight. The victims family is offering a 1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. We have new information on a dog attack in ocean county that left a threeyearold boy with serious injuries to his face. Skyforce 10 was over the scene in toms river as that toddler was airlifted to Cooper Medical Center in camden. Police now tell us the boy was playing with the dog in the familys kitchen when he was attacked. Both parents were at home at the time. Animal control officers took the dog into custody for evaluation and observation. Authorities say the dog is not a pit bull, though they are not saying what breed of dog it is at this time. Investigators now say Malaysia Airlines flight 17 was destroyed by a russianmade surfacetoair missile. Thats according to the Dutch Safety Boards findings. Investigators said the missile exploded less than a yard from the planes cockpit over Eastern Ukraine last july. The jet broke up in midair and then crashed, killing all 298 people on board. Earlier today, though, the Russian Company that makes the missile presented its own report saying the damage to the jet was caused by a different kind of warhead. The Dutch Safety Board said the plane should have never been flying over that airspace anyway given the ongoing military conflict between prorussian rebels and ukrainian forces. Investigators told me the little boy was found dead shortly before 9 00 so the threehour span between 6 00 and 9 00 a. M. Is when they were looking for him. They have yet to confirm or release his name as theyre working to notify all loved ones. They wouldnt say what he was wearing, they wouldnt tell me if he was in his pajamas, who was caring for him or if there was forced entry in the home. The 15 Community Gardens and urban farms are part of phss City Harvest Program and city harvest actually sources food from over 140 gardens here in the philadelphia area and that food is distributed to people in need via food pantries and other distribution needs. Well, Everyone Wants to know about how they can get their hands their mouth on this food and where this feast takes place, its at the navy yard this weekend, right. Thats correct. Its at the navy yard. We transform it using designers who helped bring on the flower show into and industrial shooik vibe all around the place. Its friday night from 7 00 to 10 00 p. M. Skyforce 10 was over the scene. Investigators havent released the childs identity. Theyre trying to figure out what happened. His family reported him missing around 6 00. Police went out with dogs and found the bodys body there.
