door knocking leading up to the election on november 8. and trump lost another supporter today. alabama governor robert bentley spoke out against trump this afternoon. bentley was referring to what he called trump's lewd comments about women and the disabled. he said he would not vote for trump, but did encourage people to vote for who they deem fit for the job. new leaked e-mails are sparking controversy. clinton was out campaigning in colorado this afternoon where she continued to attack trump. clinton's top advisor john pedesta -- the nominee says people should remember what's at stake new jersey, the deadline to register is the 15th. voter registration in pennsylvania ended at midnight. governor tom wolf says the state received more than 87,000 applications yesterday alone. more than 254,000 applied during the month of october. the third and final presidential debate now just one week away, it will take place at the university of nevada in las vegas. lauren mayk will be covering it all from las vegas. wells fargo ceo is retiring immediately. this comes in the wake of a scandal at the bank where employees opened 2 million accounts without customer authorization. wells fargo says there's been no severance agreement tied to his retirement. fighting to preserve jeweler's row. the mayor says the city would be sued and would losive it steps in to stop luxury condos from doing up in the historic area. the area is on sampson street near 7th. preservationists say they are still not giving up the fight. >> theycollected thousands of signatures to try to keep the state trooper, it happened on west main street in cumberland county. officials say the trooper and another car collided causing one to strike a pole. we have just learned the trooper was taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. police have nabbed a man they say is a serial flasher who expose himself to salesclerks inside the plymouth meeting mall. francisco salazar hernandez has been in the american eagle five times in the last month. he would go in and try on jeans and then ask for a different size and expose himself to workers. police say at first the clerks thought it was an accident, but when they started comparing notes, they figured out what was going on. when salazar hernandez returned, the clerks called the police but he got away. also montgomery county police are hoping you recognize these two men seen on surveillance video shopping with possibly cloned credit cards. officials say the men were spotted in plymouth township where a home was burglarized last month. they were gone before officers arrived, but less than a half hour later, police say the men were spending money on the victim's credit cards in another township. turning to our weather now, nbc 10 first alert meteorologist sheena parveen, it is expected to be get foggy out there this evening? >> areas of fog introtonight and into tomorrow morning. in the meantime for this evening, it's still really nice outside, 68 degrees, philadelphia, where we were already at 772 for an official high. 65 now, wilmington trenton, 62 degrees, mt. holly 64, we have 80s down to our south, then we have much cooler air moving in from much of the midwest states and that's all going to move in as we go into the weekend. until then we're going to be tapping into that warmer air. then that cooler air comes in on friday to start your weekend. this rain is moving in our direction, so tomorrow afternoon, some of you could see some showers, it's not going to be everybody, though. for tonight, we do stay dry, we'll see increasing clouds and temperatures by tomorrow morning for the commute, about the mid to upper 40s, clouds around. and then through the afternoon, we'll see some scattered showers for mart of the area, coming up, i'll show you who can expect those and how much cooler it's going to get as we go into your weekend straight ahead. phil city council is cracking down on teenaged smoking. these are cigarettes confiscated from philadelphia businesses caught selling cigarettes to minors. the city wants harsher penalties for those selling is tobacco products to under aged teenagers. >> i "that reporter he is talking about suffers from a chronic condition that impairs movement of his arms." i don't want a president who makes fun of me. i want a president who inspires me, and that's not donald trump. priorities usa action is responsible for the content of this advertising. i'm going to two it until i can't do it no more. >> cleaning up and giving back. a delaware man is keeping a park looking nice all for free. tim furlong says many in his neighborhood are shocked by his generosity. >> when i get depressed, i start cleaning. >> reporter: after a series of strokes a few years ago, walter aka sonny says he started keeping the park clean. >> get off your butt and do it. >> reporter: he's now the self-appointed cleaner of hanes parker. >> just having someone like mr. sonny here, just solidifies that wilmington is a good place to be. >> everyone just assumed that the city kept up the park. but his leaf blower and the gas for it, he pay for it himself. and he just loves the work. mr. sonny also knows a clean park leads to happy families and neighborhood pride which he says makes a safer neighborhood. he gets choked up talking about this place he calls home. the basketball court and the rest of the park used to have a lot more trash, now mr. sonny just picks up about a half bucket a day. most trash doesn't have time to hit the ground before he gets rid of it. he's happy to tell you people are more happy to keep their trash picked up. >> i'm going to keep on doing it until i can't do it no more. >> in wilmington, tim furlong, nbc 10 news. >> tonight, the death toll continues to rise in north carolina, hurricane matthew left behind record flooding, officials say the storm has now claimed 19 lives in the state. rescuers have been out for days helping people stranded in the floodwaters, you can see entire neighborhoods are under water and hundreds of homes remain evacuated. thousands remain without power. the hurricane killed 20 other people across the east coast. so hard to look at those pictures. >> devastating still and you can't believe that the water is still actually there, it just hasn't receded yet. hopefully some improvements in the next several days. only part of the area is going to see some showers for tomorrow. we have nice weather here, take a live look outside, center city, from the adventure aquarium, we have really nice conditions for this evening. tomorrow we're going to have more clouds moving in through the afternoon. if you're in the lehigh valley and the poconos, you're going to see some showers moving through. even burks county in the afternoon. temperatures in the upper 60s, 68 degrees in philadelphia. mid 60s for many of our neighborhoods in jersey and delaware. chester county coming in mid 60s mainly, west bradford county, 64 degrees. if you're in elroy, you're at 64 degrees. warrington coming in at 64 degrees as well as bedminister. we are nice and dry, but tomorrow that's going to change for some of you, there's a cold front back off to our west and that's moving in our direction. tomorrow afternoon the rain's going to be here, but the best chance is really going to be just for the lehigh valley. 9:30 tomorrow morning, we'll have some early patchy fog for the commute. there's the rain moving in, mostly after lunchtime. so that would be about burks county, chester county, lehigh valley, poconos, possibly some of this could move into the pennsylvania suburbs. i don't think it's going to be a big deal. and it's going to be really hard for it to move through new jersey and delaware. most of those areas staying dry. there's a look at friday afternoon, plenty of sunshine, and with the cold front moving through, temperatures are going to dropback down for friday. so a cool end to the week, and saturday looking really nice to start off your weekend. tomorrow we'll have a few more neighborhoods getting into the low 70s, not so much the lehigh valley. bethlehem 69 degrees, if you're in the pennsylvania suburbs, you have a chance of seeing a shower there. if you're in buys about berry 75 degrees. can't rule out a passing isolated shower in phil. i think most will stay north and west. new jersey, trenton 69 degrees. right arrange the low 70s for atlantic city. 72 degrees for dover. then we go into friday, we're going to be back down into the mid 60s, cooler once all that months through, by saturday, mid to upper 60s, by sunday we're slowly warming back up to 70 degrees, in fact those 70s are going to stick around as we go into next week. the warm es day looking like next tuesday with 72 degrees. the eagles have a new right tackle. at least for the next 2 1/2 months, plus the flyers get set for their new season, all coming up next. how tall are you?
