called trump's lewd comments about women and the disabled. he said he would not vote for trump, but did encourage people to vote for who they deem fit for the job. new leaked e-mails are sparking controversy. clinton was out campaigning in colorado this afternoon where she continued to attack trump. clinton's top advisor john pedesta -- the nominee says people should remember what's at stake new jersey, the deadline to register is the 15th. voter registration in pennsylvania ended at midnight. governor tom wolf says the state received more than 87,000 applications yesterday alone. more covering it all from las vegas. wells fargo ceo is retiring immediately. this comes in the wake of a scandal at the bank where employees opened 2 million accounts without customer authorization. wells fargo says there's been no severance agreement tied to his retirement. fighting to preserve jeweler's row. the mayor says the city would be sued and would losive it steps in to stop luxury condos from doing up in the historic area. the area is on sampson street near 7th. preservationists say they are still not giving up the fight. >> theycollected thousands of signatures to try to keep the state trooper, it happened on west main street in cumberland county. officials say the trooper and another car collided causing one to strike a pole. we have just learned the trooper was taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. police have nabbed a man they say is a serial flasher who expose himself to salesclerks inside the plymouth meeting mall. francisco salazar hernandez has been in the american eagle five times in the last month. he would go in and try on jeans and then ask for a different size and expose himself to workers. police say at first the clerks thought it was an accident, but when they started comparing notes, they figured out what was going on. when salazar hernandez returned, the clerks called the police but he got away. also montgomery county police are hoping you recognize these two men seen on surveillance video shopping with possibly cloned credit cards. officials say the men were spotted in plymouth township where a home was burglarized last month. they were gone before officers arrived, but less than a half hour later, police say the men were spending money on the victim's credit cards in another township. turning to our weather now, nbc on friday to start your weekend. this rain is moving in our direction, so tomorrow afternoon, some of you could see some showers, it's not going to be everybody, though. for tonight, we do stay dry, we'll see increasing clouds and temperatures by tomorrow morning for the commute, about the mid to upper 40s, clouds around. and then through the afternoon, we'll see some scattered showers for mart
