You can see the effects on the temperatures and only 73 with limestone road, and 74 in tallyville and okasin, and 74 in middletown and dover with 75, and are Rehoboth Beach at 76, and it is going to be a whole lot warmer tomorrow the as you can see the back edge of the system moving to the east. Big thunderstorms down in the southern delmarva, but drier air is moving in. The last place to see the rain and there is going to be at the jersey shore, but we are seeing the last of the sprinkles in philadelphia, and parts of Chester County and berks county and Lehigh Valley and the poconos have already seen the last of the rain. We go back to the west, we wont see much. We will see the drier air, and that is what is coming in tomorrow. Now, it not too far off shore, but that is a hurricane out there. That is hurricane gert. Now it is going to be curving and moving out to the sea as you can see as it is increasing a little bit, but this spin that is churning up the ocean and so, we have a rip current threat for the next day or so, and at least the moderate risk. So, check with the lifeguards and so you can see that it is going going to be rougher out there because of the hurricane off shore. As we go hour by hour, we will find the drier air coming in, but i expect the fog to develop overnight, and the first thing into the morning and especially delaware and south jersey with all of the moisture today. Then we are breaking out into sunshine tomorrow and it is going to heat up, and fairly humid, and here we go on thursday and the moisture is starting to come back already. In philadelphia, the average temperature is about ten degrees above this, and you can see the other areas barely into the mid70s as a result of all of the clouds. At the jersey shore, you not only have the clouds and the rain, but you have the wind coming in off of the ocean, and that is going keep the temperatures on the other side warmer, and Cape May Point is 76 degrees. If it were a cold ocean, it would really be a cold day at the beaches. They are still getting the rain there, and even at the delaware beaches, but it is not going to last too much longer, and you can see the drier air coming in from the west. A couple of sprinkles up through philadelphia and once again a heavier rain, and at least briefly in cumberland county. And then drier air back to the west that is moving in for tomorrow. So heres the future cast as we go through the night, and you can see that is it is drying out, and i do expect fog in the morning and that could cause some delays like at the airports for example and then as we go through the rest of the day, it is mainly dry, although it is getting hot, and it is getting humid. Thursday we have even more humidity, and some of the moisture returns especially in areas west of the city. So here we are and pretty close to the eagles time, and close to the edge of the showers. So u now, later on at night, the rain chances are going to go way up, and there could be some heavier rain by friday morning and friday is looking to be a potentially storming day, and tomorrow, we are not predicting the rain and 90 degrees and fair mount, and 86 in reading and that is one of the cool spots, and 90 in voorhees, and so it is a land breeze near the shore, and so it will be fairly warm there. So by the time we get to the eagles game, i expect the temperatures to be in the 80s to start, and there is a chance of some showers.
