And Police Say Three men beat tased, robbed and kidnapped a woman after she left work on jewelers road. Matt delucia is live outside the parking garage where this all began. Five minutes later the van is seen leaving. The 5 33 men drove her around repeatedly beating her and tasing her they tied her up and dropped her off in a cemetery not once but twice, taking money from her bank account before she was finally able to get because they knew about the party. Several are saying they are looking for evidence in and around the garage but so far no arrests. Now the victim is out of the hospital recovering. And police have been searching for video throughout this area. Its a lot of money and valuables that change hands. So there are a lot of cameras out here that could help in this case. And last night the department of Human Services went to a home on west 67th avenue in West Oak Lane to take two children in custody due to parental neglect. Investigators say the father waved and pointed a gun at one of the workers barricading himself in the home. He was drunk and belligerent we determined the male was fast asleep and free of any weapons. The guy was or is now in protective custody. And a dellcare county schoolteacher Paul Hochschwender pleaded no contest to abusing nine students in two Different School districts. The families of two 8yearold victims said the district did not check his background. That would have shown several abuses in his past. And the mother of a teen killed in Camden County saying whoever shot her son please turn him in. Two teenager girls were also shot but survived. Homicide detectives hope to get clues from the Surveillance Video but no one has been arrested. The lawyer for the yourt maurice tavaris turned himself in after the shots were fired. He took the shots up in the ceiling versus the bleachers. Detectives did not find a bullet hole in the ceiling but in the window above the bleachers. He has a legal permit for the gun he used. According to investigators, the thieves wanted the code of the store safe beating her and using a taser on her and dumping her in a cemetery. The northeast philadelphia man who confessed to killing his wife will appear in court. Christopher murray is scheduled for a Pretrial Hearing this morning. Last August Murray strangled his wife connie after an argument and then reported her missing. Murray failed a lie detector and confessed to the killing. A philadelphia lawyer accused of paying for sex with a teenager girl will be in court today. Brian meehan had sex with the 14yearold girl more than 20 times at his center city law office.
