A violent attack right now, a Camden County woman is in Critical Condition with severe injuries. She was beaten and left for dead. Police have few leeds and they need your help. This afternoon, Police Actually told us this case is among the more brutal assaults that theyve investigated in this town recently, but they are confident that someone in this general area knows something and theyre hoping that the 1,000 reward money now on the table will bring in critical tips. Reporter this afternoon, linda graham pointed us to the Street Corner where she last saw her sister just before the brutal attack late monday night or early tuesday morning. They see her every day. They just beat her like she was a dog and left her there. Reporter Camden Police believe it was a group of people who assaulted the homeless woman somewhere along this avenue and the attack may have lasted for some time. It looks like she was dragged somewhere. Beaten several times about her body, including the cuts behind her ears and on the back of her head. Reporter despite all of that, police say the victim was miraculously able to drag herself to virtua hospital, at least six or seven blocks to the south. She remains in Critical Condition right now but is alive. If it wasnt for the grace of god getting her to the hospital by herself, she walked there. Walked in. And collapsed. She wouldnt be with us today. Reporter at the time of the attack the victim was apparently wearing beige pants and a beige jacket with a pink shirt. The victims family tells me their sister is schedule for another surgery tomorrow. We have new information tonight about an assault investigation in center city. Were told by sources close to the case that one person has shown up with an attorney to give a statement to police. We first showed you this video yesterday as soon as Police Released it. Investigators say it wasnt long before the video spread on social media sites and tips starte c coming in. Police believe the group on the video is responsible for an attack on two men thursday night in center city. But two lawyers who dont want to be named tell nbc 10 the first punch was thrown by one of the beating victims. They also say other not yet released videos show a different story about what happened. No arrest warrants have been filed. How about this, new jersey is giving taxpayers a break if they have overdue bills but of course theres a catch. Taxpayers that participate in this initiative agree to pay their full tax bill and interest. But can ask for penalties to be reduced or eliminates. The initiative was created to help the state generate money as it struggles to meet revenue projections. Taxpayers have the next two months to take advantage of the program. Rangers say the lodge near los gatos was illegally taking water from the nearby water fall.
