She said the review will be released at a News Conference at the state capitol. She questioned why it took three years for charges to be filed against the former penn state defensive coordinator. She argued that her predecessors took too long and wasted time while a suspected sexual abuser remained free. Sandusky was convicted on 45 counts of sexual abuse of ten boys in 2012 and is serving a 30 to 60year state prison sentence. Two other administrators are awaiting trial on allegations that they misled or lied to the grand jury in the case. New information this evening about a shooting that injured two students inside a Philadelphia Charter School last winter. Dante walker will spent at least six months in prison. He was an alumni mentor at that school. Prosecutors say he gave the gun to a student who accidentally fired it injuring two classmates at the north philadelphia school. Walker brought the gun for the student who feared being attacked on the way home from school. The shooter is serving two yearing in a juvenile facility. Sky force 10 over a crash on the Atlantic City expressway. It threw all six people in a pickup truck from the vehicle. It happened in Hamilton Township. All of the Crash Victims are from philadelphia. Ted greenberg is at atlanta care Regional Center where some of the injured are being treated. I know you have been talking to investigators about the moments leading up to this tragedy. Reporter state police tell me they got a report that prior to the accident the pickup truck was driving erratically on the expressway. Right now, three people are in serious condition here at the hospital in Atlantic City. Two others are critical at cooper in camden, including a 4yearold. She doesnt want to be named but tells us she came upon the mangled pickup truck less than a minute after it hit a guardrail and flipped over around 7 00 this morning throwing out six people from philadelphia on to the Atlantic City expressway, three from the cab, three from the bed. There was a woman laying in the road on the left and other people laying in the middle of the highway. A child was laying on the righthand side of the road being helped by a driver from the car in front of me. Reporter a 4yearold boy in the front of the truck and the diver, 45yearold roselyn kornegay were both critically injured and airlifted from the scene. 35yearold james dennis also in the cab was killed. Authorities say two men and a woman were illegally riding in the bed of the truck. They suffered less serious injuries. Being that all six were ejected from the vehicle, its safe to say that they were not wearing their safety belts. Their clothes and lots and lots of beer cans. It was just a horrible mess. Reporter state police dont know if alcohol was a factor in the crash or why the driver lost control but say someone called them right before the accident to say the truck was erratic on the road. Once that call came in, it was only shortly after that, a minute, two minutes after, that this vehicle overturned. Reporter at this point, no charges have been filed.
