back. new from overnight arc stray bullet hit a home in philadelphia's overbrooke farms neighborhood. nbc 10 was on brocktop road shortly after a woman said she was woken from broken class if a. bullet went through a window. police are still trying to figure out where that bullet came from. a three-year-old boy found dead have his funeral later today. meantime the attorney for the boy's father is speaking out after prosecutors revealed few evidence in the case. philadelphia attorney represents the 22-year-old was the last person to see him alive before putting him to bed. camden county prosecutors say brandon was not sexually assaulted and there was no forced entry into the home. investigators told him his client is not a suspect. >> he is trying to answer the same question everyone is trying to answer. i think he has the added version of the law. >> last week they found his body a half mile from his hole. an autopsy on the cause of death came back inconclusive. investigators are waiting on toxicology results. investigators if lehigh county are hopeful an autopsy will yield answers in the death of a 22-year-old woman. someone found jillian warbaugh dead in whitehall. investigators called the death suspicious. though they haven't explained why. an autopsy will be performed today. new this morning, pennsylvania's top lawyer, officially cannot practice law. the suspension of attorney general kathleen cane's law license went into effect at mid-fate. the supreme court ordered that sentence being in september after cane was charmed with personalry and conspiracy. sheis accused of leaking secret grand jury information to a reporter. yesterday kane said if spite of that, she can still perform 98% of her duties and plans onning the so. she says she will release more important graphic details. cane said her political rivals rigged her indictment because she made their e-mails public. there is new information this morning about the hazing death of a new york college student. police have charged five fraternity members with first degree murder. they are the last of 37 people charged in the death of chun micha michael denx. they say in 2013, they physically abused cheng, knocking him unconscious and delaying calling for help while they tried to cover up their actions. philadelphia police have arrested a man who they say carjacked a player at gunpoint and robbed another student the same fight. 26-year-old robert sherrill is charged with carjacking and other crimes. he stole a car after leaving a restaurant last thursday, a few hours after that, investigators believe the same few people robbed another student at 15th and montgomery avenue. police are still searching for that second suspect. from our trenton bureau, the mayor is welcoming the public to city hall to hear his state of the city address. mayor jackson says he's worked in streets and public safety and improved public works since he took office in july of last year. beginning at 5:00 p.m. today he will go over what progress he's made in those areas. the fall foliage is beautiful to look at. you may not know this. they are an inconvenience on railroad tracks
