been located, safe. we've learned 30-year-old kyle raker's kayak overturned. coast guard officials say he was not wearing a life jacket and lost most of his belongings. his kayak is still adrift right w. 2:15 this morning when his girlfriend called authorities to say he was safe. coast guard says this a reminder to always wear a life jacket and come prepared with the proper emergency equipment. some developing news in boston where police are investigating a shooting in dorchester. a man was shot on ripley street at about 8:30 last night. no word yet on the victim's condition or whether police have made any arrests in that case. hospital for grand prix poisoning. strain turned out to be a problem with the oil burner that's when they discovered the problem. officials say the levels were extremely high. everyone was ordered out of the 16 units of the riverside community. >> the alarm went off so i opened up the door and i could smell something. so i grabbed my. >> somebody not revealed the victim's identity pending notification of his parents in china. investigators say the 17 year old apparently walked on to the tracks and was hit tuesday night. an mbta employee found
