have filed a civil suit claiming that in various ways he drugged them and sexually assaulted them. crosby counter sued for defamation and arguing that they are trying to get money from him and damage his reputation. we will have continuing coverage of bill cosby's sexual assault charge and have the latest update on the air and online. in the san bernardino shooters has been indicted on gun charges and that he planned to carry out other terror attacks. this is enough evidence for enrique to go to trial. he planned to do another attack in 2012 but abandoned them. this is new, the faa is career. i can't stretch that enough and to be in this building and be able to experience this and i remember my daughter was having a hard time with softball striking out and crying and mad and i showed her the video of us losing to the celtics and crying and i said listen, it is fine, you just got to bounce back. great player. great player. as for the patriots believe it or not they practiced outside and gronk said his hands were freezing but they won't be freezing in miami. if the pats win they have the number one seat and home advantage, if they lose, they have the two seat, how important is it to get the top seat? >> i think it is better to win this game than to lose this game. you obviously like to play at home because of the communication and so forth but you know all of those games you know whoever wins in the playoffs is the team that place the best on that day, not whether home or away, it is who i think this game is really important for us because you know it is a
