Police say this started outside off Campus Housing for Winthrop University students, happened in the middle of the day. The woman was jogging, told officers she ran and hid in a rest room of a bank when she noticed him. She was aware of her surroundings, and even though she was jogging, she knew there was somebody behind her and she new enough there was a safe place to run to where people were working. Police say Surveillance Footage shows a man matching the suspects description following the woman in the bank. Two Salisbury High School administrators are suspended after this brawl on the basketball court. They are principal luke brown and assistant principal michelle came about after administrators allegedly moved a suspension day for one of the students involved in the fight from a friday to a monday so that student could play in the basketball game. Brown is suspended three days with pay and taylor suspended two days without pay. The North Carolina High School Athletic association banned both salisbury and north rowan from postseason play because of the fight. A Charlotte School shut down after a possible norovirus outbreak is expected to reopen on monday. Health Officials Say the gastrointestinal virus may be circulating at metro school. Students and teachers showed symptoms of the illness including nausea and vomiting. Anyone with the illness is advised to drink plenty of liquids to replace lost fluid and prevent dehydration. It does take five minutes. Is, you have the upper part you get the ribeye, then the beef ribs which dont have a lot of meat. Then down to the bottom called short ribs. For this particular piece of meet weve taken the silver skin off and removed the bone. So you have a good piece of muscle with good intermuscular fat. This is fantastic. A short rip shortly well take the knife and cut these in little squares like this. Cut it first, cut it in a strip. Youll do iswere use salt and pepper, dutch oven, use it in the oven, put it in a green egg, put it on your grill, but oven is what i cooked it on last night, six hours, 250 is all you need. What you have here, you end up with a nice piece of meat. I took a little bit of this chipotle olive oil, gives it a nice flavors salt and pepper. Put it in the dutch oven on the stove, did high heat, sear them, red wine, little bit for the chef, little for the pan. That is what i like. Render that down and put the meat back in, put it in the oven 250 and this cooked for six hours last night. And that is it. What we ended up with i want you to see this. Then down to the bottom called short ribs. For this particular piece of meet weve taken the silver skin off and removed the bone. So you have a good piece of muscle with good intermuscular fat. This is fantastic. A short rip shortly well take the knife and cut these in little squares like this. Cut it first, cut it in a strip. Youll do iswere use salt and pepper, dutch oven, use it in the oven, put it in a green egg, put it on your grill, but oven is what i cooked it on last night, six hours, 250 is all you need. What you have here, you end up with a nice piece of meat. I took a little bit of this chipotle olive oil, gives it a nice flavors salt and pepper. Put it in the dutch oven on the stove, did high heat, sear them, red wine, little bit for the chef, little for the pan. That is what i like. Render that down and put the meat back in, put it in the oven 250 and this cooked for six hours last night. And that is it. What we ended up with i want you to see this. Leave them for about two, twoandahalf minutes. Let them cook away. In the mean tame throw meantime throw pasta in the water. Cooks in 90 seconds, for this recipe because im taking the pasta directly in the pan after i sear the scallops, you dont have to drain it, not a lot of salt. We have 30 seconds left. All things pork, really. So i decided i needed to have a bacon salt and i made it last week. And literally it is selling before it makes it in the jar. Amazing, i just tasted some, so good. Okay. That is what were using with the chicken and dumplings. Lets get moving. I browned the chicken seasoned with baking salt and put f lour and browned it took it out of the dish to get veggies rolling. We have onions, carrots, potatoes and put more of our salt in. Five, six minutes, until the onions are tender. Onions, potatoes, carrots. You can use winter vegetable vegetables, root veggies. Once that comes to a sizzle, put some wine. Second time today were cooking with wine. I always cook with wine. Sometimes i drink it. That is how it is supposed to go. Actually the other way around i drink it sometimes i cook with it. Ha ha ha. Get the crispy bits from the chicken off there, add the chicken. You used chicken breasts. I like to use a whole chick ten cut up because you have chick eastbound onchicken on the bone you get more flavor. For a hour, let it get happy. When that has been sitting an hour in the oven, make dump lynx. Super simple. Bisquick. Milk. Whole milk . I have whole milk because i have little ones. You can use cream, whatever. Use the good stuff if you can afford it and calorie wise. A wet consistency. Not fully mixed. Not like smooth . You dont want it to be you want it like a cake mixture. Yep. Take spoonfuls and drop it on the top and cover it for ten minutes and they get all double in size. That is what they look like. That is adorable and amazing. And so easy. Yeah. That took you nothing at all. Prep time is less than ten minutes and sits in the oven. Where youre at home an can get it in the oven and hanging out or also a slow cooker. Toss it in the slow cooker and let it go. You can hear it getting happy. Sometimes when chefs bring food in they are like dont eat that because it is not, been sitting out too cold, can i eat this . Yeah.
