that there's showers also through the central part of the state, the central part of the u.s., i should say, and we is are going to talk about what that means with regard to the holiday travel in a moment. first you see the showers and some fog will linger once you move out and east. the high pressure is pulling the pressure to the north and east. high pressure will help you move in. as we look to the future scan model, you will see drier periods for later this afternoon and into tomorrow. tomorrow as you move into the morning hours, you can see some of the showers on the west side the state and progressing further points east through the central part of the state as we get into the evening. if you got travel plans tomorrow close to home. i think you really want to get out early and avoid the showers, especially if you're heading to west, but if you are heading further points west, you're going to deal way little bit more activity in terms of showers and maybe snow showers up in the great lakes region. in fact, take a look at that now. you got plans to travel further away from home, you're traveling to florida, for example, you got rainshowers there. more showers into the great lakes area. showers up in the great lakes. on the west side of that low pressure center dealing with a whole lot more, if you're traveling up to michigan, you will have to deal with snow showers. back to west seeing drying conditions, that would be the best part of the country to be in for the holiday. eventually this low pressure center moves east. by black friday, we have a wind that moves and we cool down on the west of the front. and right now we are looking at temperatures that are mild, 54 in salisbury. up in hagerstown, 48 degrees and in oakland, 39 degrees, real chilly out to the west where we stand the best chance of some of those, snow showers, late thursday into friday morning. 55 degrees for the northeastern high temperature, and that will be soon enough. central part of the state getting to 53 degrees, with mostly cloudy skies. further points west cloudy skies. once we get past this early morning light rain that is dissipating as we speak. and tonight, 46 degrees, could still be a couple of light showers or drizzle around east northeast wind at 5 miles per an hour. as we move through the next 7 days, today not much of a change in temperatures. look for the temperatures to climb to 52 degrees at noon and back to 49 degrees at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow 52 degrees for the high with rainshowers late in the day. 58 for thanksgiving and with us 45 degrees, and the wind is picking up. yesterday we thought it would be dry, now it looks like it may be windy and a little bit wet for friday. it beings looks bri dry for weed and 53 degrees on monday with partly cloudy skies. fox 45 sky watch weather is at your finger tips. iradar is available at foxbaltimore.com. you can use fox 45 powerful doppler radar to track incoming storms. the interactive tools will be a slick ride out there. you need to use extra caution and be aware that it's going to take you extra time to head to wherever you're going to head this morning. you know it's never a good intinction the rain and the road. just be safe this morning if you're are traveling. you look at the speeds you can see they are dipping pretty quickly. 43 miles per hour near liberty road. it's dipping down there. it's going to be the slowest spot as we speak. we do have trouble to talk about. quite a few accidents in fact, one in the northbound lanes 95. it's right at powder mill road. this takes out the right lane. if that isn't bad enough, we also have an accident on the northbound lanes of 295 at the same location. now there are no lanes closed so you will want to stick with route 1 or even 29 as your alternate route to avoid all of that activity altogether. farther up on 295, some more trouble there, a crash on the southbound lanes right at water view road. so far you can see all of those cars are in the green not really affecting traffic, but be aware that you will find the activity there. as for 95, traveling from the beltway there, heading all the way up through the city, past 295, near 395 and eventually hitting the phot mchenry tunnel right now. so far it's beginning to be a calm ride. it's just the volume you will have to deal with. that is the same deal heading from 895 merge heading toward the beltway. speaking of the beltway, we can show you what it looks like moving at harford road. here you can see it's going to be a busy pace inner and outer
