Her life changed forever that they, and today, six months later, it changed yet again. Standing tall saturday, air account brannock had a defining moment she never expected. There you go. Friends and admirers cheered her on as she publicly learned how to walk again using a prophetic. They have been waiting for just as long as i have. Back in april, she was injured in the Boston Marathon bombing, her wounds so severe doctors had to amputate part of her left leg after fighting hard. Leg. R left after fighting hard, she has found a reason to smile. A lot of hard work, getting stronger so i can get to the point where it is comfortable. As if the walking part wasnt enough hi. She took steps in front of students at davenport preschool in townsend where she works as a teacher. The children have followed her recovery closely. They created a fund for her right after the bombing. We didnt know what the road ahead was going to be. We knew it was going to be a bumpy road. The parents planned this fundraiser at the school. The event not only raise money, but also did something else. If you want to help heal america, you need kids around running and smiling. Family and friends gathered at North Side Baptist Church to pay their last respects. She was killed when two suspects trying to escape police crashed into the jeep she was riding in. Her family is heartbroken by the loss and by what they are calling a lack of communication with city officials. We dont have any information. They are wondering, just like you. Baltimore City Police Officials have said the officers were ordered to end their pursuit soon after it began. Both suspects were also killed in the crash.
