much property owners taxes can increase from year to year in the state of maryland. in baltimore city, for example, the cap has been set at 4% and has been automatic, but accusations of fraud sparked sampson is live at police headquarters with more information on the sketch of a man that was just released today. >> police are hoping that someone will recognize an artist's rendering of the manned space. last september his body was found floating in the river under the 695 bridge. police estimate was between 40 and 60 years old, but beyond that, it is a mystery. >> police know he was a middle- news. the search continues tonight for the gunman who murdered a 60- year-old man in northwest baltimore over the weekend. officers found the victim around 11:00 saturday night and garrison boulevard with a gunshot wound to the head. police are still trying to determine a motive and the identity of the victim. anyone with the information is asked to call the police. baltimore county police have arrested three suspects in a shooting in woodlawn that happened around 2:00 sunday morning on guildhall court. the victim was found shot inside a car. he is now listed in good condition. there is no word on the identity of the suspect or the motive in that shooting. a sentencing in the board university hazing case. -- the floor that university hazing case. -- floor that university hazing case.
