in the late afternoon hours. they were scattered at first, and not very strong. indications were that they would intensify. that expanded to a strong sell coming out of howard county, towards randallstown around 4:30 p.m. by 6:30 p.m., you could see a tornado warning associated with that. that continued to move farther away. right now, the main thrust of storms is for the reached. there 21-year-old anne arundel man is facing counts of animal cruelty. animal control officers retrieve a number of dogs, cats and several exotic pets from the pasadena home machine taylor. investigators say that they were without adequate food and water and many of them died. taylor says he provided adequate care for the animals. he is currently on $10,000 bond. police arrested this man in the bizarre peeping tom case. michael mckinney faces visual surveillance and the a taken without consent charges. numerous tips led police to the suspect after we showed the video yesterday. investigators say he used hitting cameras to secretly record two women inside their home. detectives believe he knew the victims and had stolen and copied the key to their condo, which they say he entered several times beginning in late june. authorities are now working to notify two other women were also recorded in a separate incident. they're also looking at other victims who may have been videotaped. mckinny is being held on $100,000 bond. one year after the death of a 21-year-old man, a reward to find his killers. ernest gale was found dead last october. today, authorities released surveillance
