in baltimore county. it happened around 7:15. investigators say the 60-year- old was driving along york road when she crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck. she was flown to shock trauma, male driver was taken to the hospital and her condition is unknown. >> hartford county has a back problem on its hands. residents could be at risk for rabies. a large number of bats have been spotted at two apartment complexes. residents started complaining of back inside their homes last month. >> hartford county health officials are taking this very seriously. people did not recover from rabies. they are making calls and going door-to-door, trying to identify anyone who has been exposed. >> one guy was so scared. he had won in his apartment. he was terrified. >> the first complaints was july 13. a resident told officials after spotting a backed -- bat in their unit. more complaints followed. officials say they are not aware of anyone who has been bitten, but some residents have been scratched. due to the possible danger of contracting rabies, 35 people have been referred for vaccinations. >> this is of particular concern because bats bites are sometimes indiscernible. you would not know it. >> the department of natural resources how does it -- has been out at both locations. >> i have seen them putting up screens to keep them out. they have been trying to work on some of them in the building. >> help officials are distributing letters and calling residents warning them if they have had minimal contact with a bat, they could be at risk. >> that is scary. anybody can be
