"i could see the potential for it." waving $1,500 bucks in the air -- councilman bill moody publically paid a fine this week for discussing a closed session item with his facebook followers before a meeting in early december. ((c563 3:55)) "i had $1,500 in which i paid the fine, i had $1,500 in my right hands saying i am not going to be muzzled. and that this $1,500 is for any future violation." in two days, supporters raised nearly $2,000 to cover the penalties. bryan scannell, who started the fundraiser, says it's dissapointing transparency.
