on into middlesex county there around marl boar bro and monmouth and -- marlboro and monmouth and ocean county. it's off and on rain all day long and temperature gets to 61. weather and traffic together every seven minutes. except we're going to talk about the subways the a. train goes fast track. they have the service going on on the a. train. no trains if you are traveling between 168th street and 207th street. new jersey transit, long island railroad, metro-north running on or close to schedule. using the george washington bridge, coming inbound on the upper level, they are cleared the construction but some delays as you move across the span. you are a car, have e-zpass, go downstairs instead. george washington bridge again you have that construction but it's just a my for delay getting into the tolls. lincoln and holland are doing okay. and then if you're going on o the b we on the northbound side, northeast ramp to the brooklyn bridge closed with construction. let's take a look at a camera and i'll show you how the george washington bridge is looking see that delay across the upper? they are clearing that construction. our street cleaning rues are in effect -- rules are in effect. lori over to you. thank you. a developing story in paterson, new jersey. the fire is deep inside the structure down in the basement of the armory and it's been tough for forgots to get to it -- firefighters to get to it. that fire started last night at about 11:00 and expected to burn through the morning. at that point, there are no reports of any injuries. we learned overnight that no charges are expected to be filed against a driver who lost control of his car and then hit and killed a man who was walking down the street. eyewitness news reporter dray clark live in flatbush. morning dray. >> reporter: good morning ken, there's still damage and debris you can see here behind me from the crash here on flatbush avenue. the 50-year-old victim was walking on the same sidewalk when he was run over. surveillance video shows the moment the driver of the nissan lost control of his car and year-old man. s -- 50-year-old man. who was walking down flatbush avenue and talking on his cell phone. good samaritans tried to help the victim but the vehicle was too heavy and the victim showed no signs of life. the accident happened just before 5:30 last night. a time when flatbush avenue was full of people who either saw or heard the crash. >> boom. like an explosion. no, it was really awful. >> things just up -- happen that you cannot avoid. i feel so sad. very saddening and i hope that he won't have to see any of this situation ever again. >> reporter: and the 58-year- old driver and the 3-year-old boy who was inside the car when the crash happened, they were taken to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries. the cause of the crash remains under investigation. we're live in flatbush this morning, dray clark, channel 7 eyewitness news. thank you. and we are seeing video of a man wanted for attacking a woman inside a bronx grocery store. this happening at the minor supermarket in fordham rights, the man and woman get into an argument and suddenly he punches her right in the face. the suspect takes off. the victim ends up in the hospital for a cut on her forehead. and police in connecticut searching for two gunmen who ambushed and shot a man in stanford. this happening sunday. the 34-year-old victim was shot several teems but he did -- times but he survived. the motive for the shooting not yet clear. the manhunt is on this morning for a killer after a triple shooting near penn station. surveillance video shows a man reacting to gunfire on 8th avenue. the victims got into on argument and the two man inside a mcdenied's and then moments later the gunman opened fire. as the victims entered the subway yesterday morning. 43-year-old angel quinones was killed. he was a known heroin dealer, two other men were hurt. a babysitter in manhattan waking up in jail this morning accused of sexually abusing a boy who was in his care. now police are looking for other possible victims. 33-year-old millton narvaez also known as millton gomez is accused of sexually abusing a boy whom he babysat for six years. police say he videotaped the assaults. narvaez also worked at the eastern diocese of the armenian church in midtown. >> i really can't comment through an ongoing case. however, our diocese has been cooperating with the authorities on this. >> well, investigators say narvaez was in regular contact they believe it is likely there are other victims. well, the mass -- the investigation into that massive sexting scandal at long island high school could widen. leading to the arrest of seven more students. two 14-year-old boys are already charged. suffolk county police say that they filmed a sexual encounters with a young female student and then passed the video around kings park high school. they also suspended dozens of other students for texting or just viewing the video. >> they have no answers to any of this. just suspend whomever they want. >> your son can get in trouble because someone forwarded a video to his phone. that he has no control over receiving it. >> school officials would not confirm how many students were punished. stay with eyewitness news for updates. president tim wolfe is done. he a-- gone. he announced his resignation. after weeks of protests, possible practice resumes today. for some 30 black football players who would refuse to play until wolfe stepped down. the school's board announced a series of niche tiffs the creation of a chief diversity officer, a diversity task force and mandatory training for staff and students. after the resignation, grad student jonathan butler ended his week long hunger strike. but another student demanded meetings. the student group is demanding shared control of the university. it is 4:37. you're never more than rain it's pouring northward, the rain will be here in the city and long island in an hour but it's already raining in central and southern new jersey. so you're there. got to have the rain gear, no hatter where you are if -- matter where you are, take the rain gear with you. we're looking at 55 degrees and rain kind of creeping up from the south it's really from sandy hook right across central somerset and hunterton county. middlesex county here. and it's just kind of slow to creep northward today. you can see the wind coming in out of the northeast here. so that keeps us kind of cool and damp and cloudy all day with showers kennel of a soggy day much of the day. the rain extends oh -- all the way down here into the carolinas, this just keep working its way up the coast, another rainy wave this afternoon and that means rain even into tonight. at times there will be waves that come through that are pretty heavy. 59 at 1:00 to about 2:00, 3:00 another wave of heavy rain there. and the temperature is 60 degrees. and as we go into the evening commute, it's going to be raining. so we're looking at steady rain across the area. weather and traffic together every seven minutes. i and show you how things are moving across the george washington bridge. a little bit better than they were the last time we spoke. you can see left to right that's inbound traffic. so the upper level slower than the lower level and as we head over to the maps i can tell you why. the inbound upper level construction has been cleared away. however, going into the tolls about 10, 15 minutes to the upper level. lower level is doing better but you need e-zpass with a car in order to do that. lincoln tunnel and holland you still have some construction left over there. a. trains doing the fast track repair and there are no trains between 168th street and 207th streets. metro-north, long island railroad, and new jersey transit running on or close to schedule. bqe, northeast the ramp to the brooklyn bridge closed with ongoing construction. and the brooklyn bridge closed and that again is because of construction. and then on the fdr drive north from 61st street to 96th street you have construction southbound you have construction. 106th street into 53rd streets. we have alternate side of the street parking rules are in effect for today. over to you lori and ken. it's 4:40 and still ahead on eyewitness news this morning, new information in the deadly crash of a russian airliner in egypt. why investigators now believe it may have been an inside job. >> a stunning police chase caught on camera and an out of control driver hits the gas and slams headson into a police car. a shocking and dangerous confrontation caught on camera between police and an out of control driver. [ sirens ] >> stop, stop! gunfire gunfire flush -- [ >> man. body cameras captured an officer in oklahoma trying to stop an alleged car thief but instead that driver rams full speed into him as you saw. moments later other officers surround the car but the driver stands up and taunts them rather than surrender. that driver had to be removed from the car. she now faces numerous charges and amazingly the officer who was hit wasn't seriously injured luckily. >> what a scene. >> man. >> crazy. it is 4:43. and let's check in with meteorologist bill evans. bill? >> well, we take a look from asbury park here and we've got a cloudy morning there. there are some showers right there at asbury park. we are looking at what's going to be a rainy day all day long. rain is just getting started now there around asbury park now creeping northward here, a look from the camera at four times square looking south we east and north, we're dry right now. 55 degrees the humidity picking up at 69%. the east wind continues to be out of the east northeast and the pressure falling. that means we've got a storm system coming. so we've got a soggier drive to the south so far. steadiest rain comes in you know today and lasts through the evening. we'll have a damp daybreak tomorrow and we'll actually have some sun in the afternoon tomorrow. for veterans day. a little rain on thursday. still seasonable temperatures as we get into the end of the week and the weekend. so we're looking at 54 around river dale. 55 ridgewood, queens and whitestone. these numbers are very mild and should be around 42. you don't have the cold rain. you actually have a 59 in belmar which is pretty warm. sowers the wind out of the -- here's the wind out of the northeast here, very light here, 5, 6, 7, miles per hour. but the rain showers are off to the south here with this low. it's right there you know asbury park is right there, and there's sandy hook, new jersey on south. just starting to skirt now around great kills bay and around staten island and monmouth and ocean county around middlesex and hunterton counties -- hunterdon county. we have another batch this evening and then all the clouds through tonight and tomorrow. so we're looking at some steadier rain to our south and to our east with this low. the second low kind of swings up to the north and east and into canada. but that will kind of sling a shower through here as all this leaves tomorrow morning on veterans day. a slow start to the day with a shower. but by afternoon, we're still going to be looking at breaks of sun but the temperatures will be mild. the high is centered donned here around kentucky and tennessee and that's more pacific mild air coming across from the west on veterans day. we want our veterans to have is a great afternoon and that will be breaks of sun. it's cloudy and rainy and windy too. i think you need the raincoat today as well. the blowing wind and the winds out of the -- rain and the winds still have that construction set up but southbound from 106th down to 53rd street. that construction is cleared away. the grand central parkway has construction east. then heading through brewster, on 84 going west right near exit 20. that's a disabled vehicle. alternate side of the street parking rules are in effect. lori over to you. all you. and new information in the deadly crash of a russian airliner in egypt. investigators are looking for a ramp worker at sharm el-sheikh airport who may have been an isis recruit. now they believe that he planted a bomb on the plane. officials are going through surveillance tapes and employee records. u.s. authorities tell abc news that islamic state communicated with someone at the egyptian airport. 4:48. the american officials say it's supply soon to speculate on the motive of the gunman who shot and killed at least five people at a police training center in aman. the area around that center was sealed. the killer was a jordanian police officer and other officers killed him to end the shooting. two american trainers died along with two jordanians and a seven other people were also wounded including two americans. >> we take this v. seriously and every -- very seriously and we'll be working closely with the jordanians to figure out what happened. >> they were being treated in aman. the 6-year-old boy shot to death when louisiana police confronted his father has been laid too rest. funeral services were held for jeremy martis yesterday in mississippi 689 the officers were ordered held on $1 million bond each. morris greenhouse and derrick stafford both phase murder and attempt -- face murder and attempted murder charges for his death and the wounding of his father. 4:49. police in georgia investigating a shooting near the campus of clayton state university. eyewitnesses heard repeated shooting at the clayton station student apartments around 8:00 last night. the victim was seriously injured. and he is reported to be a relative of a student at the school. police have not made any arrests. 4:50. and big changes are coming for sea world's largest residents, the company san diego's theme park is ending its orca shows by the end of next year. sea world has been under pressure from animal ranges activists and say a 2013 documentary focused on how killer whales respond to captivity. the company is promising a new orca experience beginning in 2017. >> it's going to be focused more on the natural setting and natural environment and also the natural behaviors of the whale. and it will have a strong conservation winners of its campus sexual assault poster contest. the department asked students to create posters that show their commitment to ending sexual assault on campus and encourage students to report sex division detectives even if they are unsure about pressing charges. a major setback for the plight of the estimated five million people facing deportation in the u.s.. a federal appellate court shut unconscious in a home on south 11th street. the prosecutor's office is investigating whether there's any criminality. we do know the medical examiner's office is also on the scene. stay with eyewitness news for updates. and also learned overnight the driver who lost control and flipped on to a brooklyn one person died and three others were hurt. this happened at flatbush avenue between al bemarl road and regent place in flatbush. eyewitness news reporter dray clark is live now on the scene for us, good morning dray. >> reporter: good morning lori, there are still damage left behind here behind me from the crash last night that 50-year- old victim was walking down flats bush avenue probably doing what he does every day. only this time, he had no time to really dodge out of the way of the vehicle that was headed in his direction and ultimately took his life. surveillance cameras captured the horrible moment monday evening. 5:26. a driver loses control of his nissan on flatbush avenue in brooklyn and the car goes airborne. landing upside down and on top of a 50-year-old man who was walking on the sidewalk. seconds before the crash, you can see in the video the man talking on his cell phone and by the time he realized the car is about to hit him, it's too >> for some reason he just went right into -- and right into the tree. flipped about three times. >> reporter: you can also see in the video good samaritans trying to help the victim. but the vehicle was too heavy and the man showed no signs of life. the driver of the vehicle a 58- year-old man, and a 3-year-old boy who was also inside the nissan were taken to the hospital with non-life- threatening injuries. another woman who was also walking on the street and hit by debris was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. alicia thomas says she left the area only minutes before the crash happened. >> i probably would have been dead right now. but you know what? god is good. >> reporter: and again overnight we learned the 58- year-old driver of that nissan that caused that defendly accident -- deadly accident will not be charges. the official cause of the accident that still remains morning, dray clark, channel 7 eyewitness news. thank you. it's 5:05. and gunfire wounded two 18-year- olds in a packed bronx deli. store video shows the crowd scatter as the gunman fires from the deli door. the baby is abandoned and people dive for cover and one victim falls behind the deli counter, this all happened without a word of warning. >> no argument, shots fired. and that was it. bang, bang. and i'm diving for the floor. >> well, the two wounded men are expected to recover and it's not even clear if they were the intended targets. the gunman was seen on camera outside the store and police are still looking for him. time now 5:05. new information now with an arrest after a deadly scooter cross-question in queens. the -- collision in queens. the driver ran into the open driver's side door on jamaica avenue yesterday afternoon. he was thrown to the ground and hit by a toyota tundra driven by sauh herrera of wood haven. he was arrested but not for the crash. will he had a summons for an open contender. tonight in milwaukee, still dominating the main stage, front runners donald trump and ben carson. stephanie? >> reporter: good morning ken. live from milwaukee a.m. and that of course is because of the overnight construction. if you are going up onto the new york state you thisway heading the -- throughway. heading on to the southbound side right near exit 16. that's an accident being cleared away. and alternate side of the street parking rules in effect. lori over to you. heather thank you. developing right now, new jersey more on the huge fire burning in paterson that heather just mentioned. it could impact several schools nearby. broke out late last last night in the basement, last -- last night. and no one is hurt. but it could cause trouble for students in the area. there are three schools within a quarter of a mile of the fire scene including paterson east side. so far though, none of the schools has been affected. one person is dead and three others hurt after a car lost control and flipped on to a sidewalk in brooklyn. the driver. eyewitness news reporter dray clark live at the scene in flatbush. dray? >> reporter: good morning you know it's really amazing that more people weren't hurt or even killed because there were so many people on the street when the accident happened. you can see behind me still damage and debris left behind from the crash here on flatbush avenue. that 50-year-old victim who was killed was simply walking down the street when he was run over. this surveillance video you'll see here thoughs the moment the -- shows the moment the driver of a nissan lost control of his car and went airborne hitting the 50-year-old man who was crosswalking down -- walking down the street flatbush avenue and talking on his cell phone. good samaritans tried to help the victim but the vehicle was to heavy and the -- too heavy can the victim showed the and the victim showed no lines of life. the accident happened before 5:30 last night a time when flatbush avenue is usually very crowded with people. and those folks who were on the heard the crash happen. >> boom, like an explosion. no this was really awful. >> things just happen that you cannot avoid. so i feel so sad. very saddened. and i hope that we won't have to see any of this situation ever again. >> reporter: and that 58-year- old driver and a 3-year-old who was also in the car with him when the crash happened were taken to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries. and again, overnight we learned the 58-year-old driver will stuyvesant and he's only 15 years old. police say the three stole a cell phone from a plains clothe detective who then drew his gun and shot one suspect who was pointing gun at him. we learned overnight the three suspects now face robbery, grand larceny and weapons charges and they range in age 5:33. and the manhunt is on this morning for a killer after a triple shooting near penn station. we first brought you this story as breaking news during eyewitness news yesterday morning. surveillance vid dry shows the man -- video shows the man reacting to gunfire on 8th avenue and police say the victims got into an arrange with two men -- argument with two men inside a mcdonald's. then moments later the gunman opened fire. 43-year-old angel quinones was killed and police they he was a known -- say that he was a known heroin dealer. two other men were hurt. a babysitter in manhattan is behind bars this morning accused of sexually abusing a boy in his care. now police say there may be more victims. 33-year-old millton-and-a-half raze was known as millton gomez is accused of sexually abusing a boy he babysat for six years. police say he videotaped the assaults. narvaez also worked as the eastern diocese of the armenian church in midtown. investigators say narvaez was a -- was in regular contact with children at the church. 5:35. the 6-year-old shot to death when louisiana police confronted his father has now been laid to rest. funeral services were held for jeremy mardis yesterday. in mississippi. family and friends gathered to say good-bye. this happening shortly after those officers charged in his death were ordered held on $1 million bond each. norris greenhouse and derrick stafford both face murder and attempted murder charges. lawyers say a body fast food restaurants if 270 cities -- in 270 cities nationwide. later morning we expect mayor bill de blasio to show his support for higher wages for all workers. in the past governor cuomo's administration ordered a $15 an hour minimum wage to be in place by 2018 for fast food workers in the city. and 2021 in the rest of the state. keep in mind, these protests and these demands for higher on into middlesex county there around marl boar bro and monmouth and -- marlboro and monmouth and ocean county. it's off and on rain all day long and temperature gets to 61. weather and traffic together every seven minutes. except we're going to talk about the subways the a. train goes fast track. they have the service going on on the a. train. no trains if you are traveling between 168th street and 207th street. new jersey transit, long island railroad, metro-north running on or close to schedule. using the george washington bridge, coming inbound on the upper level, they are cleared the construction but some delays as you move across the span. you are a car, have e-zpass, go downstairs instead. george washington bridge again you have that construction but it's just a my for delay getting into the tolls. lincoln and holland are doing okay. and then if you're going on o the b we on the northbound side, northeast ramp to the brooklyn bridge closed with construction. let's take a look at a camera and i'll show you how the george washington bridge is looking see that delay across the upper? they are clearing that construction. our street cleaning rues are in effect -- rules are in effect. lori over to you. thank you. a developing story in paterson, new jersey. the fire is deep inside the structure down in the basement of the armory and it's been tough for forgots to get to it -- firefighters to get to it. that fire started last night at about 11:00 and expected to burn through the morning. at that point, there are no reports of any injuries. we learned overnight that no charges are expected to be filed against a driver who lost control of his car and then hit and killed a man who was walking down the street. eyewitness news reporter dray clark live in flatbush. morning dray. >> reporter: good morning ken, there's still damage and debris you can see here behind me from the crash here on flatbush avenue. the 50-year-old victim was walking on the same sidewalk when he was run over. surveillance video shows the moment the driver of the nissan lost control of his car and year-old man. s -- 50-year-old man. who was walking down flatbush avenue and talking on his cell phone. good samaritans tried to help the victim but the vehicle was too heavy and the victim showed no signs of life. the accident happened just before 5:30 last night. a time when flatbush avenue was full of people who either saw or heard the crash. >> boom. like an explosion. no, it was really awful. >> things just up -- happen that you cannot avoid. i feel so sad. very saddening and i hope that he won't have to see any of this situation ever again. >> reporter: and the 58-year- old driver and the 3-year-old boy who was inside the car when the crash happened, they were taken to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries. the cause of the crash remains under investigation. we're live in flatbush this morning, dray clark, channel 7 eyewitness news. thank you. and we are seeing video of a man wanted for attacking a woman inside a bronx grocery store. this happening at the minor supermarket in fordham rights, the man and woman get into an argument and suddenly he punches her right in the face. the suspect takes off. the victim ends up in the hospital for a cut on her forehead. and police in connecticut searching for two gunmen who ambushed and shot a man in stanford. this happening sunday. the 34-year-old victim was shot several teems but he did -- times but he survived. the motive for the shooting not yet clear. the manhunt is on this morning for a killer after a triple shooting near penn station. surveillance video shows a man reacting to gunfire on 8th avenue. the victims got into on argument and the two man inside a mcdenied's and then moments later the gunman opened fire. as the victims entered the subway yesterday morning. 43-year-old angel quinones was killed. he was a known heroin dealer, two other men were hurt. a babysitter in manhattan waking up in jail this morning accused of sexually abusing a boy who was in his care. now police are looking for other possible victims. 33-year-old millton narvaez also known as millton gomez is accused of sexually abusing a boy whom he babysat for six years. police say he videotaped the assaults. narvaez also worked at the eastern diocese of the armenian church in midtown. >> i really can't comment through an ongoing case. however, our diocese has been cooperating with the authorities on this. >> well, investigators say narvaez was in regular contact they believe it is likely there are other victims. well, the mass -- the investigation into that massive sexting scandal at long island high school could widen. leading to the arrest of seven more students. two 14-year-old boys are already charged. suffolk county police say that they filmed a sexual encounters with a young female student and then passed the video around kings park high school. they also suspended dozens of other students for texting or just viewing the video. >> they have no answers to any of this. just suspend whomever they want. >> your son can get in trouble because someone forwarded a video to his phone. that he has no control over receiving it. >> school officials would not confirm how many students were punished. stay with eyewitness news for updates. president tim wolfe is done. he a-- gone. he announced his resignation. after weeks of protests, possible practice resumes today. for some 30 black football players who would refuse to play until wolfe stepped down. the school's board announced a series of niche tiffs the creation of a chief diversity officer, a diversity task force and mandatory training for staff and students. after the resignation, grad student jonathan butler ended his week long hunger strike. but another student demanded meetings. the student group is demanding shared control of the university. it is 4:37. you're never more than rain it's pouring northward, the rain will be here in the city and long island in an hour but it's already raining in central and southern new jersey. so you're there. got to have the rain gear, no hatter where you are if -- matter where you are, take the rain gear with you. we're looking at 55 degrees and rain kind of creeping up from the south it's really from sandy hook right across central somerset and hunterton county. middlesex county here. and it's just kind of slow to creep northward today. you can see the wind coming in out of the northeast here. so that keeps us kind of cool and damp and cloudy all day with showers kennel of a soggy day much of the day. the rain extends oh -- all the way down here into the carolinas, this just keep working its way up the coast, another rainy wave this afternoon and that means rain even into tonight. at times there will be waves that come through that are pretty heavy. 59 at 1:00 to about 2:00, 3:00 another wave of heavy rain there. and the temperature is 60 degrees. and as we go into the evening commute, it's going to be raining. so we're looking at steady rain across the area. weather and traffic together every seven minutes. i know what you're going to say. >> i'm going to say -- that i'm wondering if we're wearing the rain gear today at the bus >> that's what i knew you were going to ask. yes. >> you did know i was going and show you how things are moving across the george washington bridge. a little bit better than they were the last time we spoke. you can see left to right that's inbound traffic. so the upper level slower than the lower level and as we head over to the maps i can tell you why. the inbound upper level construction has been cleared away. however, going into the tolls about 10, 15 minutes to the upper level. lower level is doing better but you need e-zpass with a car in order to do that. lincoln tunnel and holland you still have some construction left over there. a. trains doing the fast track repair and there are no trains between 168th street and 207th streets. metro-north, long island railroad, and new jersey transit running on or close to schedule. bqe, northeast the ramp to the brooklyn bridge closed with ongoing construction. and the brooklyn bridge closed and that again is because of construction. and then on the fdr drive north from 61st street to 96th street you have construction southbound you have construction. 106th street into 53rd streets. we have alternate side of the street parking rules are in effect for today. over to you lori and ken. it's 4:40 and still ahead on eyewitness news this morning, new information in the deadly crash of a russian airliner in egypt. why investigators now believe it may have been an inside job. >> a stunning police chase caught on camera and an out of control driver hits the gas and slams headson into a police car. a shocking and dangerous confrontation caught on camera between police and an out of control driver. [ sirens ] >> stop, stop! gunfire gunfire flush -- [ >> man. body cameras captured an officer in oklahoma trying to stop an alleged car thief but instead that driver rams full speed into him as you saw. moments later other officers surround the car but the driver stands up and taunts them rather than surrender. that driver had to be removed from the car. she now faces numerous charges and amazingly the officer who was hit wasn't seriously injured luckily. >> what a scene. >> man. >> crazy. it is 4:43. and let's check in with meteorologist bill evans. bill? >> well, we take a look from asbury park here and we've got a cloudy morning there. there are some showers right there at asbury park. we are looking at what's going to be a rainy day all day long. rain is just getting started now there around asbury park now creeping northward here, a look from the camera at four times square looking south we east and north, we're dry right now. 55 degrees the humidity picking up at 69%. the east wind continues to be out of the east northeast and the pressure falling. that means we've got a storm system coming. so we've got a soggier drive to the south so far. steadiest rain comes in you know today and lasts through the evening. we'll have a damp daybreak tomorrow and we'll actually have some sun in the afternoon tomorrow. for veterans day. a little rain on thursday. still seasonable temperatures as we get into the end of the week and the weekend. so we're looking at 54 around river dale. 55 ridgewood, queens and whitestone. these numbers are very mild and should be around 42. you don't have the cold rain. you actually have a 59 in belmar which is pretty warm. sowers the wind out of the -- here's the wind out of the northeast here, very light here, 5, 6, 7, miles per hour. but the rain showers are off to the south here with this low. it's right there you know asbury park is right there, and there's sandy hook, new jersey on south. just starting to skirt now around great kills bay and around staten island and monmouth and ocean county around middlesex and hunterton counties -- hunterdon county. we have another batch this evening and then all the clouds through tonight and tomorrow. so we're looking at some steadier rain to our south and to our east with this low. the second low kind of swings up to the north and east and into canada. but that will kind of sling a shower through here as all this leaves tomorrow morning on veterans day. a slow start to the day with a shower. but by afternoon, we're still going to be looking at breaks of sun but the temperatures will be mild. the high is centered donned here around kentucky and tennessee and that's more pacific mild air coming across from the west on veterans day. we want our veterans to have is a great afternoon and that will be breaks of sun. it's cloudy and rainy and windy too. i think you need the raincoat today as well. the blowing wind and the winds out of the -- rain and the winds out of the northeast around 10 to 20. it's on and off rain for tonight. it's 51 degrees. and then we've got morning rain tomorrow. it's cloudy and damp by afternoon and we have some peeks of sun on 84 going west right near exit 20. that's a disabled vehicle. alternate side of the street parking rules are in effect. lori over to you. all you. and new information in the deadly crash of a russian airliner in egypt. investigators are looking for a ramp worker at sharm el-sheikh airport who may have been an isis recruit. now they believe that he planted a bomb on the plane. officials are going through surveillance tapes and employee records. u.s. authorities tell abc news that islamic state communicated with someone at the egyptian airport. 4:48. the american officials say it's supply soon to speculate on the motive of the gunman who shot and killed at least five people at a police training center in aman. the area around that center was sealed. the killer was a jordanian police officer and other officers killed him to end the shooting. two american trainers died along with two jordanians and a seven other people were also wounded including two americans. >> we take this v. seriously and every -- very seriously and we'll be working closely with the jordanians to figure out what happened. >> they were being treated in aman. the 6-year-old boy shot to death when louisiana police confronted his father has been laid too rest. funeral services were held for jeremy martis yesterday in mississippi 689 the officers were ordered held on $1 million bond each. morris greenhouse and derrick stafford both phase murder and attempt -- face murder and attempted murder charges for his death and the wounding of his father. 4:49. police in georgia investigating a shooting near the campus of clayton state university. eyewitnesses heard repeated shooting at the clayton station student apartments around 8:00 last night. the victim was seriously injured. and he is reported to be a relative of a student at the school. police have not made any arrests. 4:50. and big changes are coming for sea world's largest residents, the company san diego's theme park is ending its orca shows by the end of next year. sea world has been under pressure from animal ranges activists and say a 2013 documentary focused on how killer whales respond to captivity. the company is promising a new orca experience beginning in 2017. >> it's going to be focused more on the natural setting and natural environment and also the natural behaviors of the whale. and it will have a strong conservation winners of its campus sexual assault poster contest. the department asked students to create posters that show their commitment to ending sexual assault on campus and encourage students to report sex division detectives even if they are unsure about pressing charges. a major setback for the plight of the estimated five million people facing deportation in the u.s.. a federal appellate court shut your way in a couple of hours. it will be into the city here by 5:30. watch the radar for you right now. starting to creep through monmouth and ocean county. you can see there to southern somerset and effect for today. lori over to you. all right heather thank you. a story still developing right now out of newark and police tell us there's one person dead and a second person who was found unconscious in a home on south 11th street. the prosecutor's office is investigating whether there's any criminality. we do know the medical examiner's office is also on the scene. stay with eyewitness news for updates. and also learned overnight the driver who lost control and flipped on to a brooklyn one person died and three others were hurt. this happened at flatbush avenue between al bemarl road and regent place in flatbush. eyewitness news reporter dray clark is live now on the scene for us, good morning dray. >> reporter: good morning lori, there are still damage left behind here behind me from the crash last night that 50-year- old victim was walking down flats bush avenue probably doing what he does every day. only this time, he had no time to really dodge out of the way of the vehicle that was headed in his direction and ultimately took his life. surveillance cameras captured the horrible moment monday evening. 5:26. a driver loses control of his nissan on flatbush avenue in brooklyn and the car goes airborne. landing upside down and on top of a 50-year-old man who was walking on the sidewalk. seconds before the crash, you can see in the video the man talking on his cell phone and by the time he realized the car is about to hit him, it's too >> for some reason he just went right into -- and right into the tree. flipped about three times. >> reporter: you can also see in the video good samaritans trying to help the victim. but the vehicle was too heavy and the man showed no signs of life. the driver of the vehicle a 58- year-old man, and a 3-year-old boy who was also inside the nissan were taken to the hospital with non-life- threatening injuries. another woman who was also walking on the street and hit by debris was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. alicia thomas says she left the area only minutes before the crash happened. >> i probably would have been dead right now. but you know what? god is good. >> reporter: and again overnight we learned the 58- year-old driver of that nissan that caused that defendly accident -- deadly accident will not be charges. the official cause of the accident that still remains morning, dray clark, channel 7 eyewitness news. thank you. it's 5:05. and gunfire wounded two 18-year- olds in a packed bronx deli. store video shows the crowd scatter as the gunman fires from the deli door. the baby is abandoned and people dive for cover and one victim falls behind the deli counter, this all happened without a word of warning. >> no argument, shots fired. and that was it. bang, bang. and i'm diving for the floor. >> well, the two wounded men are expected to recover and it's not even clear if they were the intended targets. the gunman was seen on camera outside the store and police are still looking for him. time now 5:05. new information now with an arrest after a deadly scooter cross-question in queens. the -- collision in queens. the driver ran into the open driver's side door on jamaica avenue yesterday afternoon. he was thrown to the ground and hit by a toyota tundra driven by sauh herrera of wood haven. he was arrested but not for the crash. will he had a summons for an open contender. tonight in milwaukee, still dominating the main stage, front runners donald trump and ben carson. stephanie? >> reporter: good morning ken. live from milwaukee have sent him into defense mode. over claims in his autobiography he was offered a scholarship to west point and that he had a violent youth allegedly taking aim at a friend. >> the newspapers say you didn't do it and you said yes i did. i did it. >> reporter: presidential contender marco rubio knows everything he needs to know about his competition he says. ben carson. >> carson's story would only be possible in a great story like america. >> reporter: the debate is scheduled to last two hours and there have been a few changes to the format since the last debate which was called a disaster by it's creaming on -- creeping on into monmouth county and southern somerset and mercer county and through middlesex county and that's just kind of slowly creeping northward here and there's a lot of rain to come. rain that will be moderate off and on you know there'll be some wind with that too out of the northeast. at about 10 to 20 miles per hour. so it's a windy day with rain off and on. 60 degrees this afternoon. the temperatures are kind of mild and at the bus stop kiddos, the hooligans will be there but they have the umbrellas and ponchos. >> they're dressed appropriately. >> they are. well -- you can have some boots and not the little espadrilles. but other than that -- >> espadrilles? the temperature is at 42. it's 55. warm rain as opposed to you know cool rain as opposed to some really cold rain we could be having. northeast wind that line of rain now getting to staten island and cutting through central somerset and hunterdon and ocean and middlesex counties. not only do we have the rain, but with the wind northeast at 10 to 20 miles an hour, that's going to blow around a bit. you need the coat and umbrella today. temperatures 60 degrees. we're going to talk about veterans day and your accuweather seven day forecast coming up in just a moment. veterans day tomorrow. weather then heather every seven minutes. we have the fire department activity going on it's in pa terribleson, new jersey. so market street is closed down between roe s parks boulevard and -- rosa parks boulevard and pennington street. knew if you are going onto the bqe northeast, the ramp to the brooklyn bridge closed down with ongoing construction. the brooklyn bridge is closed inbound until 6:00 a.m. and that of course is because of the overnight construction. if you are going up onto the new york state you thisway heading the -- throughway. heading on to the southbound side right near exit 16. that's an accident being cleared away. and alternate side of the street parking rules in effect. lori over to you. heather thank you. developing right now, new jersey more on the huge fire burning in paterson that heather just mentioned. it could impact several schools nearby. broke out late last last night in the basement, last -- last night. and no one is hurt. but it could cause trouble for students in the area. there are three schools within a quarter of a mile of the fire scene including paterson east side. so far though, none of the schools has been affected. one person is dead and three others hurt after a car lost control and flipped on to a sidewalk in brooklyn. the driver. eyewitness news reporter dray clark live at the scene in flatbush. dray? >> reporter: good morning you know it's really amazing that more people weren't hurt or even killed because there were so many people on the street when the accident happened. you can see behind me still damage and debris left behind from the crash here on flatbush avenue. that 50-year-old victim who was killed was simply walking down the street when he was run over. this surveillance video you'll see here thoughs the moment the -- shows the moment the driver of a nissan lost control of his car and went airborne hitting the 50-year-old man who was crosswalking down -- walking down the street flatbush avenue and talking on his cell phone. good samaritans tried to help the victim but the vehicle was to heavy and the -- too heavy can the victim showed the and the victim showed no lines of life. the accident happened before 5:30 last night a time when flatbush avenue is usually very crowded with people. and those folks who were on the heard the crash happen. >> boom, like an explosion. no this was really awful. >> things just happen that you cannot avoid. so i feel so sad. very saddened. and i hope that we won't have to see any of this situation ever again. >> reporter: and that 58-year- old driver and a 3-year-old who was also in the car with him when the crash happened were taken to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries. and again, overnight we learned the 58-year-old driver will not be charged. we're live in flatbush, dray clark, channel 7 eyewitness news. dray thank you. at 5:33. police have caught the third suspect who ran from a police involved shooting in bedford stuyvesant and he's only 15 years old. police say the three stole a cell phone from a plains clothe detective who then drew his gun and shot one suspect who was pointing gun at him. we learned overnight the three suspects now face robbery, grand larceny and weapons charges and they range in age 5:33. and the manhunt is on this morning for a killer after a triple shooting near penn station. we first brought you this story as breaking news during eyewitness news yesterday morning. surveillance vid dry shows the man -- video shows the man reacting to gunfire on 8th avenue and police say the victims got into an arrange with two men -- argument with two men inside a mcdonald's. then moments later the gunman opened fire. 43-year-old angel quinones was killed and police they he was a known -- say that he was a known heroin dealer. two other men were hurt. a babysitter in manhattan is behind bars this morning accused of sexually abusing a boy in his care. now police say there may be more victims. 33-year-old millton-and-a-half raze was known as millton gomez is accused of sexually abusing a boy he babysat for six years. police say he videotaped the assaults. narvaez also worked as the eastern diocese of the armenian church in midtown. investigators say narvaez was a -- was in regular contact with children at the church. 5:35. the 6-year-old shot to death when louisiana police confronted his father has now been laid to rest. funeral services were held for jeremy mardis yesterday. in mississippi. family and friends gathered to say good-bye. this happening shortly after those officers charged in his death were ordered held on $1 million bond each. norris greenhouse and derrick stafford both face murder and attempted murder charges. lawyers say a body camera shows they fired at mardis' father when his hands were up and he posed no threat. new details this morning in the deadly crash of a russian airliner in egypt. investigators are looking for a ramp worker at sharm el-sheikh airport who may have been an isis recruit. officials are going through tapes and moe records. u.s. forts tell -- authorities tell abc news they communicated with someone other fast food workers here demanding a higher pay. of $15 an hour. it will group representing the workers -- the group the workers -- representing the workers fight for 15 plan to stage protests at fast food restaurants if 270 cities -- in 270 cities nationwide. later morning we expect mayor bill de blasio to show his support for higher wages for all workers. in the past governor cuomo's administration ordered a $15 an hour minimum wage to be in place by 2018 for fast food workers in the city. and 2021 in the rest of the state. keep in mind, these protests and these demands for higher questioned in the attack on julie kocurek. the arrest was made in houston on the unrelated charge. someone shot the judge as she got out of her car at her home in austin on friday. now she was not hit but she was and investigators believe she was targeted. a growing sexting scandal at long island high school could lead to the arrests of even more students. two 14-year-old boys are were charged. they fill -- were already charged. they passed the video around kings park high school. the parents say school officials also suspended dozens of other students for texting or just viewing the video.
