It is 6 34 right now. A mother has been charged with tossed her 6monthold baby from a window. 27yearold Tenisha Fearon<\/a> was in the apartment with four children at the time. Kala rama at the Police Precinct<\/a> with more. Reporter Tenisha Fearon<\/a> is being held here at the 46th precinct being charged with Second Degree<\/a> murder after police say she dangled, then dropped her 6monthold baby from her 6 story window of had her apartment shouting about the devil and the world coming to an end. She had three other children in that apartment. Theyre all now in protective custody. This is 27yearold Tenisha Fearon<\/a>. They kicked down the door of her apartment and found her with three other children. She was described by officers as emotionally disturbed and was first brought to the hospital for evaluation. Two girls 4 and 8 and a 10year old boy were all found naked lying in a circle. They were not physically hurt but all three children could hear their mother screaming the world before dropping their baby sister 6monthold janiylah lawrence from that window. There were a number of witnesses below who say they pleaded with fearon to not drop the baby. I just was like please please please relax, relax, stop stop stop please please please dont dont dont. And right after that she just dropped the baby. After she dropped the baby, i got out of the house, ran to the roof and i was just looking in her face and saying please because she had other kids. Reporter terrible situation for her to see there. We did some digging and found out that the boyfriend of fearon is also the father of that 6monthold baby girl as well as the 4yearold girl. They do live together but he was not home at the time. No word on any additional charges being filed at this time.
