and i am going to tell you, this is the day to be out here in times square to ring in the new year, most people are usually at home, like me, i am normally at home with uncle phil, sandy, and the family, with the weather so great, everybody is out here, smiling, laughing, and grooving into the new year. some people take the party with them wherever they go. >> having a great time! it is a
