brisk. weekend chill. new at 11:00, we're hearing from the woman rear ended from a new jersey state trooper now the incident caught on dash cam and what this woman has to say is more than disturbing. n.j. burkett near the scene off the garden state parkway. >> rest area in the garden state parkway where a minor accident has become a major problem for a new jersey state trooper. the accident happened last month but the dashcam video has just now been released and the motorist is speaking out tonight for the >> he had a gun and he was drunk. he was in a lot of trouble. >> reporter: weeks later kim wilson is too shaking. her car has just been rear ended by a new jersey state police cruiser but the trooper she says is disheveled and incoherent, and a bottle cap tumbles out of his shirt which he's wearing inside out. >> it looked like he just got out of bed. he was a mess. >> reporter: kim said she called 911 and got scared. >> i'm like, where's your weapon? and he lifted his shirt up and i could see he had his fell on the ground. when that happened, i lost it. >> reporter: the trooper, identified as sergeant first class michael roadside, was on duty at the time. in the dash cam video kim tells the responding trooper that sergeant roadside offered to pay her not to report the accident. and in the video he questions sergeant roadside, who apparently blames his condition on a recent surgical procedure. >> i had a surgery. i'm under anesthesia right now. when he was discharged is not clear. he was later charged with dwi. >> he sat in his car behind me with his weapon on him for a very long time while we were waiting for the supervisor to come and i felt very vulnerable. >> reporter: kim doesn't need a dash cam video to remember what happened but she's relieved tonight to know there is one. >> it's harder to cover something like that up. >> to be clear, there is no allegation that the sergeant ever threatened kim with his gun. his blood alcohol level, however, registered .16. that's double the legal limit and he's since been suspended. kim was not immediately hospitalized but is being treated for neck and back n.j. burkett, now to the latest on the deadly a killer. the body of susan goldfarb found bound and gagged in her bed. cause of death, asphyxiation. police say there are no signs of forced entry. a candlelight vigil for kenneth chamberlain, an and killed by police in westchester county four years ago. family and friends coming together in white plains calling for justice for the 68-year-old man. police say they shot chamberlain after he came after them with a knife and hatchet. a government report ruled the shooting totally justified. a somber anniversary tomorrow for the family of akai gurley, an innocent man shot and killed by a new york cop who will soon stand trial. gurley's family plans to meet with the da and attend a vigil. mr. gurley, who had committed no crime, shot by peter liang. liang charged with manslaughter and qui etly and discreetly kay said she approached the woman and offered the shoes off her own feet, which happened to be a perfect match. >> she asked me like are you i said yes, of course. she started put ting them on and started crying. it was amazing >> reporter: it was a brief and touching exchange for kay who planned to walk home in socks before another man offered her another pair to go over her own. >> wouldn't you want someone to show compassion to you and not walk by you? what if you were the person who needs? >> reporter: overwhelmed and inspired by the ripple effects, kay shared the experience with friends and family on facebook. it's a post that's since gone viral, prompting people around the world to pay it forward. >> right now there's so many terrible things happening. absolutely terrible things happening. so i wasn't trying to do that to pat my own back. i just wanted to be like, this was really cool. this was an awesome moment for me and i wanted to share it with other people and i can't believe how something so small has turned in to something so great. >> kay says she hasn't seen the woman since but she hopes others will be inspired to help instead of
