girl for her bike. and a new election rover after one candidate says pregnancies from rape are god's will. and right now tropical storm sandy almost a hurricane. it's five miles per hour away from that heading to jamaica. i'll show you the path after it hits that region coming up. bob, thanks so much. there is a criminal investigation into the fungal meningitis outbreak that's killed at least 23 people. and massachusetts is currently pulling the license of that company that made the shots blamed in the outbreak. the state department of health says that there was a visible black matter in sealed vials at the new england compounding center. they failed to sterilize products. and floor mats very lab were visibly dirty. >> they were operating beyond the scope of their compounding l license, instead acting as a manufacturer. >> the very question you're asking, i'm asking. and the investigation continues on. >> georgia is the latest state to report a case of fungal meningitis. more than 300 people have gotten sick from contaminated steroid shots. again, 23 people have died. new this morning, two hours after the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya, the white house knew islamic militants were taking credit for it. that's according to the state department e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with rockets and heavy gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in that attack on the 9/11 anniversary. now it's become a big issue in the election. mitt romney slammed the president saying he sent mixed messages on the attack. president obama did refer to it as an act of terror the day afterwards, but the white house also suggested for more than a week the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. so less than two weeks before the election, there is no comment so far from the white house. two teen brothers were arrested for murdering a 12-year-old girl. their mom is the one who turned them in to police, though. the teens lived around the corner from autumn pasquale. they believe they lured her into their home for her bmq bike but wound up killing her. neighbors are devastated. >> i'm scared. it's devastating. it's unnerving. this is a quiet town. >> we have lost a precious, precious child. >> gut wrenching. to see anybody do this to a child, it's terrible. >> hundreds of people honored autumn at a memorial last night. prosecutors say the 15 and 17-year-old suspects may be tried as adults. britney spears' ex-manager says he had drug sniffing dogs search her husband and once flushed a baggy of white powder down the toilet. he testified against the spears family yesterday. her mom accused him in her book of drugging britney and isolating her from family leading up to her meltdown in 2008. he says he protected her. the family's attorney will cross-examine him today. britney spears has not commented and will not be testifying. a senate candidate from indiana says pregnancies that result from rape are god's will. republ republican richard murdoch says that during a debate last night he was explaining why he's against abortion even in cases of rape and incest. >> i believe that life begins at conception. the only exception i have to have an abortion is in the case of the life of the mother. i just struggled with it myself for a long time, but i came to realize life is that gift from god. even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, it is something god intended to happen. >> murdoch later wrote he didn't mean that god wants anyone to be raped. his opponent democrat called the statement disrespectful of rape survivors. if you bought something at barns&noble stores last month your debit card information may have been ripped off 0. scammers rigged some of the pads where you swipe your card. jennifer westhoven is here with the latest. what happened? >> i don't think it will. what do you think? >> i hope not. it's better than the macarena, though. >> to me it is, too. tropical storm sandy. right now it's a hair below hurricane strength, 70-mile-per-hour winds moving to the north at 14, heading to jamaica. some video out of jamaica now, watching it closely. obviously hurricane warning for that island country in preparation taking place. they have the tropical storm warnings later this morning. you can see the winds peak at 40 to 50 miles an hour by late this morning and then the hurricane strength winds affect them late tonight. let me show you the track of the storm. here is the way it looks, south of jamaica now. watch as it moves up to the north. the next couple of days it will interact with land. that's some good news but watch the path as it goes over jamaica and into cuba. that will slow down the wind speed. a category 1 storm. near 80-mile-per-hour winds. and then it hooks into the atlantic ocean but there is a cold front that will go across the northeast that could pick this thing up and bring it to the northeast as a remnant low. all the power from the tropics, a lot of wind could be looking at a major northeaster by this time next week across the northeast. we had storm watches out there even for florida. look at the warnings in pink for hurricanes. that's the eastern part of cuba into jamaica. the yellows are all tropical storm watches. lower part of the bahamas, tropical storm warning. down to the mid keys a tropical storm watch. get away from there. there's that cold front back off to the west. your high pressure region. there's the clouds from sandy up to the north. all the way into palm bay today, but the wind will pick up. miami, your wind gusting to 35, even 40 miles an hour at times today and rain, clouds, across the northeast. air travel delays. we'll get to those coming up, natasha, in 20 minutes. >> bob, thank you. a man shocked his family when he shoepd up as his own funeral. plus, apple finally revealed its new mini ipad but the real surprise was something entirely different. apple calls it thin as a pencil, light as a pad of paper. a lot of people seem to like the first looks at it. it doesn't have a retina screen, but that helps keep the price down for a lot of people. still, though, that starting price, $329. there were a lot of people disappointed about that. they were hoping it would be cheaper, maybe making it more reasonable as a stocking stuffer or something to splurge on. of course you can get it for costing a whole lot more depending on how much memory you want and if you want it to connect to the internet at any time. the preorders start on friday. shipping starts a few weeks later. what seems to be more of the surprise maybe, maybe not necessarily a good one, that they came out with the ipad 4. 4? wait a minute. i just got the ipad 3. a lot of people were left going, i just paid all this money and now i have this old ipad because the new one also has the lightning connector, it's faster. it's also got a better wi-fi connection. so even if you're at home or in the coffee shop or something it should be going faster. there is some talk that if you really did just buy it in the last few weeks you may be able to go and beg at the store and they'll let you exchange it. but for those of us who got it before that, we're just in that hole and that's one of the things about buying new technology. >> it's hard keeping up with new it technology these days it seems especially lately. >> i will say there was a lot of excitement around it and some people had thought what is apple going to do with steve jobs gone? here is what we're calling for, at least an hour delay. the rain is back along with the clouds and san francisco looking for an hour or more. half an hour delay around nyc because of low clouds and rain. minneapolis fog in the morning. storms in the afternoon. some of those could be severe. salt lake city, rain and snow mixing in. short delay is a possibility. the latest on sandy? militants were taking credit for it, according to e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with heavy rockets and gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in that attack on the 9/11 anniversary. it's become a big issue in the election. mitt romney slammed the president saying he sent mixed messages on the attack. president obama did refer to it as an act of terror the day afterward. the white house suggested for more than a week that the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. a cnn foreign affairs reporter talked about what was known that night. >> reporter: this was sent out it seems by the state department operation center. this went to the white house situation room many officials at the fbi, white house, cia, many different agencies. i don't think president obama or vice president biden would have gotten these messages. certainly they were briefed that night and this claim of responsibility that they are militants, i'm sure they were notified that night about what was going on. what the azment was, what the intelligence was about how this attack came to be, was it preplanned? was there a protest? these are the kind of things that shook out over the coming days. >> so what impact will this have less than two weeks before the election? there's no comment so far from the white house. parts of a meth lab were discovered on a playground. police in tennessee had to hose down an entire playground after a teacher found an empty pop bottle did call it an act of terror. for nearly a week the administration said they had no reason for believe it was a planned attack. there is now a criminal investigation into the deadly meningitis outbreak. a massachusetts compounding pharmacy had its license revoked because of what investigators found there. the department of health said the lab was filthy and there was stuff floating in vials of medicine produced there. disney wants the world to know their new princess is not latina. sophia i debuts on disney channel. she was called disney's first latina princess. some people complained new e-mail suggests an islamic group took credit just two hours after the deadly attack. and which airports apparently hired the most thieves? what? we're going to tell you where to use extra caution when you're flying. and apple unveils its smaller, sleeker ipad. so, why is this mini version causing major disappointment? first, our top story. two hours after the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya, the white house knew that islamic militants were taking credit for it. that's according to a state department e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with heavy rockets and gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in that attack on the 9/11 anniversary. it's become a hot topic for the election. mitt romney slammed the president, saying he sent mixed messages on the attack. president obama did refer to it as an act of terror the day afterward, but the white house also suggested for more than a week the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. a cnn foreign affairs reporter talked about the information the white house was getting that night. >> ansar al sharia claims responsibility. this was sent at 6:07 p.m., which would be about a midnight tripoli time. it says "embassy tripoli reports the group claimed responsibility on facebook and twitter and has called for an attack on embassy tripoli." i think this shows that even that night that the u.s. knew that perhaps this group, ansar al sharia, which does have some ties to al qaeda and the islamic maghreb. this al qaeda affiliate in north afri africa. it shows that they knew militants were involved. of course, over the coming days and weeks, there was a lot of back-and-forth about whether this was a preplanned attack. >> so, what impact will this have less than two weeks before the election? there's no comment so far from the white house. two teen brothers were arrested for murdering a 12-year-old girl. their mom's the one who turned them in to police. the teens lived around the corner from autumn pasquale in new jersey. authorities believe they lured her into their home for her bike but wound up killing per. police found autumn's bike in the boys' home. neighbors are devastated. >> i'm scared. it's devastating. it's unnerving. this is a nice, quiet town. >> we have lost a precious, precious child. >> gut-wrenching, to see anybody do this to a child. it's just, it's terrible. >> hundreds of people honored autumn at this memorial last night. prosecutors say the 15 and 17-year-old suspects may be tried as adults. how safe is your stuff when you go through airport security? for the first time, we're learning which airports have had the most tsa employees fired for theft. the top three are miami, where 29 tsa workers have been fired, new york's jfk and l.a.x. the tsa gave the numbers to abc news. in all, the tsa has fired nearly 400 employees for allegedly stealing from passengers. there is now a criminal investigation into the fungal meningitis outbreak that's killed at least 23 people. and massachusetts is permanently pulling the license of the company that made the shots blamed in the outbreak. the state department of health says that there was visible black matter in sealed vials at the new england compounding center. the pharmacy failed to sterilize products! and floor mats at the lab were visibly dirty. >> necc was operating beyond the scope of their compounding license, instead acting as a manufacturer. >> the very questions you're asking, i'm asking, and the investigation continues around it. >> georgia is the latest state to report a case of fungal meningitis. more than 300 people have gotten sick from contaminated steroid shots. again, 23 people have died. here's something you don't see every day, mitt romney in a cornfield? take a look here. farmers in boone, iowa, have an image of governor romney -- there it is -- in their crop. they also wrote a strong endorsement from him below there, and you can see they put him in the company of abraham lincoln! now, i don't know how they did it exactly, but it does look like romney, i think, and like lincoln. can you believe there is less than two weeks until election day? and you can tell it's getting really close by the new zingers on the campaign trail. that's coming up in about 25 minutes. first, let's get over to bob van dillen, who just got an update on tropical storm sandy as it's heading toward jamaica. bob? >> good news, it hasn't gained strength or changed direction, so we're pretty sure where it's going to head up. here's how it looks. there's the kobt intental u.s., the lower 48 there. the cloud shield is wrapped up with tropical storm sandy as it moves north at 14 miles per hour, 70-mile-per-hour winds, 95 miles away from kingston, jamaica. looks like they're going to take a direct hit, so they're preparing. let me show you video from yesterday. it appears they'll start seeing the tropical storm force winds shortly, and then by early afternoon, hurricane-force winds. looks like it will make landfall around jamaica some time 2:00 to 3:00 this afternoon, and then it heads to cuba overnight tonight. let me show you the exact path. here's what it looks like. here we are 2:00 p.m. today, around kingston, jamaica, gets into cuba overnight tonight, still a category 1 storm, but then it begins to get disrupted by the land, so we're watching for that to weaken possibly to a tropical storm, and then it moves on through the bahamas, edges over towards the atlantic ocean, but from here, it could get picked up by a cold front that will push it out to sea, transfer that energy, may turn into a major nor'easter for the northeast this time next week. so we're watching it. hurricane warnings, the areas in purple, all of jamaica, parts of cuba. we have watches for tropical storm conditions lower part of the bahamas. most of the bahamas, middle bahamas up to the north, tropical storm warnings. we have a tropical storm watch from jupiter inlet, florida, down to the upper keys. that's what we're watching there. look at the rainfall now, in between miami and ft. lauderdale. it's going to be like this most of the day today through tonight. passing showers, winds about 30, maybe 35 miles per hour near miami. we'll get a look at that coming up. air travel delays as well, in just a couple minutes. >> i imagine it's really going to affect that, bob, thank you. she's tried everything to try to save her daughter. >> hoping with all my heart that this will work. >> she's trying to solve the little girl's medical mystery. my wife the dentist allows only one mouthwash in our home. what do you think? >> yeah, die think it will. i have some of the other smaller tablets here. this is the nexus 7 and this is the kindle fire. a lot of people are familiar with these devices. and it's a smaller device. it's a little bit bigger than these, though. its actual size is 7.9 inches, which is just shy of about 2 inches of the regular-sized ipad. so, i think this is going to be good for those people that really like to travel a lot. maybe you want to put this in your purse. you want an ipad, but you don't want to carry the full ipad with you. the issue, though, natasha, is that most of these 7-inch tablets are $249 or less. in fact, most of them start around $159 and go up from there, and the ipad mini starts at 329 bucks. >> that's a big difference. but what makes the ipad mini, you know, better than the other, smaller tablets, if it is better? >> well, you know, apple is saying, look, it's a premium product. you know how apple is. they're not going to discount their products. they're going to keep them at a premium rate. and they believe in their product. they're going to take the same ecosystem, the ability to have apps and all the things that you like about apple on the ipad will basically be put down into this smaller screen, into this smaller handheld device with one hand that you can hold. so, they feel as though it's still a premium product. it's just really the ipad in a smaller structure. so, for them, $329 seems like a sweet spot in between the lower-end 7-inch models at 199 bucks and an ipad or tablet that starts around $499. >> but i can see some women justifying buying a smaller one to fit in their smaller purse and keep the other one for the big one, and maybe this could help them, too, because the big surprise, apple says, is that it's bringing out a new regular-sized ipad, right? but what if you just bought a new ipad just a few months ago? >> this is the problem with technology! this is the problem. sometimes it moves too quick. and so, we've been hearing some rumors. what i suggest people do is if you just recently bought the newest ipad, the third-generation ipad, that you call the store that you bought it from and see if they're willing to work out some type of arrangement for you for some type of credit or return. other than that, we don't have any official word from apple on what they would be doing with the previous generations. >> you feel like you're jumping on the last one so quickly, then you feel like you've been duped! >> i know. >> at least some people do. mario, thanks. >> thank you. a new election controversy now after one candidate says that pregnancies from rape are god's will. and the guy who hit that triple in the giants' crazy win over the cardinals wants his bat, but it's gone! i don't spend money on gasoline. i am probably going to the gas station about once a month. last time i was at a gas station was about...i would say... two months ago. i very rarely put gas in my chevy volt. i go to the gas station such a small amount that i forget how to put gas in my car. i'm natasha curry for robin meade. a missing 12-year-old found murdered now cops say a pair of teen brothers killed her for her bike. and a new election controversy after one candidate says pregnancies from rape are god's will. i want you to look at this, we have sandy and here's florida. it's heading to the north to jamaica as possibly a hurricane later today. i'll show you that track in a couple of minutes. first this, two teen brothers arrested for murdering a 12-year-old girl. their mom is the one who turned them into police. the teens lived around the corner from autumn pasquale and prosecutors believe they lured her into her home for her bmx bike but ended up killing her. they found autumn's bike in the boys' home and neighbors are devastated. >> i'm scared. it's devastating and unnerving, this is a quiet town. >> we have lost a precious, precious child. >> gut wrenching. to see anybody do this to a child, it's terrible. >> hundreds of people honored autumn at this memorial last night. prosecutors say the 15 and 17-year-old suspects may be tried as adults. two hours after the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya, the white house knew islamic militants were taking credit for it, that's according to state department e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with rockets and heavy gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in the attack on the 9/11 anniversary. >> republican senator is calling for hearings by the way. it's already a big issue. mitt romney slammed the president saying he sent mixed messages on the attack. president obama did refer to it as an act of terror the day afterward but the white house also suggested for more than a week that the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. a cnn foreign affairs reporter talks about what was known that night. >> this was sent out it seems by the state department operation center. so this went to the white house situation room, many officials at the white house, fbi, pentagon, cia, many different agencies. i don't think president obama or vice president biden would have gotten these messages per se but certainly the president and vice president were briefed that night and certainly this claim of responsibility, the idea they were militants i'm sure they were notified that night about what was going on. but what the assessment was, what the intelligence was about how this attack came to be, was it preplanned? boys' home. neighbors are devastated. >> i'm scared. it's devastating, it's unnerving. this is a nice quiet town. >> we have lost a precious, precious child. >> gut wrenching. that anybody would do this to a child, it's terrible. >> hundreds of people honored autumn at this memorial last night. prosecutors say the 15 and 17-year-old suspects may be tried as adults. two hours after the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya, the white house knew islamic militants were taking credit for it, according to state department e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with rockets and heavy gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in that attack on the 9/11 anniversary. republican senator saxby chambliss is calling for hearings, already a big issue in the election, mitt romney slammed the president when he said he sent mixed messages on the attack. the white house suggested for more than a week that the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. a cnn foreign affairs reporter talked about what was known that night. >> this was sent out, it seems, by the state department operations center. so this went to the white house situation room, many officials at the white house, fbi, pentagon, cia, many different agencies. i don't think president obama or vice president biden would have gotten these messages per se, but certainly the president and vice president were briefed that night and certainly this claim of responsibility, the idea that there were armed militants, i'm sure they were notified that night about what was going on. but what the assessment was, what the intelligence was about how this attack came to be, was it pre-planned, was there a protest, these are the kind of things that shook out over the coming days. >> so what impact will this have less than two weeks before the election. no comment so far from the white house. finally, apple fans got a look at this newest creation, ipad mini. apple surprised everyone with a new ipad 4. jennifer westhoven is here with the new gadgets. >> there were lots of -- it did seem like they managed to bring back some of the ooh and ah at this meeting after months of speculation about a mini ipad, apple finally showed och the latest little darling, let's call it. the price, still keep a secret. i haven't seen much about that. the new one is factorable inside and connection as well. that means what the ipad 3 i'm holding here, which is not very old, and was hundreds of dollars, is now the old slow ipad. but natasha, it means basically all of their new products, the iphone 5, the new ipad and the mini pad use the lightning connector. they said, well, our real fan, investigation into the fungal meningitis outbreak that's killed 23 people. massachusetts is permanently pulling the license of a company that made the shots blamed in the outbreak. the state department of health says there was visible black matter in sealed vials at the new england compounding center. the pharmacy failed to sterilize products. and floor mats was obviously dirty. >> they were beyond the scope of their compounding license. >> the very questions you're asking, i'm asking. and the investigation continues around it. >> georgia is the latest state to report a case of fungal meningitis. more than 300 people have gotten sick from contaminated steroid shots. again, 23 people have died. someone sent bogus letters to voters in florida questioning their citizenship and the right to vote. officials are investigating what may be an effort to keep some people from voting. republicans have been targeted. but people supporting both parties have gotten letters. our on the letters. the postmark is from seattle. a woman found with burns all over her body is now accused of making up a story about being a hate crime victim. she was found with 90% of her body burned sunday. she said three men attacked her in a park and wrote kkk on her car. but police now say she lit herself on fire. >> evidence has recovered 245 from a faulty cigarette lighter with her fingerprints on the bottle. >> she's in critical condition, but stable. that one is hard to wrap your brain around. let's go to bob van dillen who is tracking tropical storm sandy. is it a hurricane yet? >> it's going to be close when it comes to jamaica, probably a hurricane later this afternoon. here's the cloud cover across the caribbean, in the low part of the atlantic. there's florida. the track over the next couple days, there it is, just south of kingston. should make landfall as a category 1 storm maybe with 80-mile-per-hour winds. then the bahamas. but all the while losing a little bit of strength and the tropical characteristics. now, the cold front across the united states will take this and most likely turn it into a major nor'easter storm by this time next week. that track is still up in the air. we'll watch that over the next couple of days. let me show you jamaica. they are in a hurricane warning right now. they made preparations yesterday. right now montego bay, the airport is closed. rains will pick up shortly here. you can see the hurricane force winds there by early afternoon hours. the hurricane warnings are out there. we do have the track going up to the north. hurricane warnings in purple. north a little farther, the blue is a tropical storm warning for most of the bahamas, a tropical storm watch now all the way down to the florida keys. the winds today about 30, 35 miles an hour. the real tropical storm force stuff won't reach florida until probably early friday morning. so you've got a couple of days. rain at west palm beach. a lot of clouds out there. maybe some air traffic delays here. severe weather a possibility around this cold front into minnesota, iowa, too. you see the area out to the west, more winter weather. this is cool. we've been rolling on this all morning. miami time lapse. you talk about tropical nature. the high pressure up to the north, the storm down to your south. that means winds off the ocean today for everybody to the headlines we're working on right now. e-mails obtained by cnn show that the white house knew within hours that terrorists had claimed responsibility for the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya. the president did call it an act of terrorism the next day, but for more than a week administration officials still were saying they had no reason to believe it was a planned attack. a small homemade airplane crashed into a field in california. two people onboard the single-engine plane were killed. witnesses say it looked like the pilot lost control 1,500 feet above ground. the crash is under investigation. disney wants the world to know their new princess is not latina. sophia, the first debuts next month. she was called disney's first latina princess. some people complained she didn't look, quote, hispanic enough. now the company is clarifying saying that she is of mixed heritage. with the election day less than two weeks away now, the zingers are really flying on the campaign trail. yesterday in florida, president obama accused mitt romney of forgetting his foreign policy positions during monday's debate. but romney says the debates gave him the momentum. >> we've base, by the way, but the beach is closed for now. the cost of going to college is rising a lot faster than almost anything else. tuition and fees at public schools are up nearly 5%. that's more than twice the rate of inflation. dorms, books and meals all cost more, too. the college board said states have cut aid, plus more students are going to college. people fainted and ran away when a man showed up at his own wake. what? his family thought he was murdered in brazil, because the body they identified looked like him. he says that a friend saw him and said, everyone thinks you're dead. so he tried to call somebody at the wake but they thought it was a prank. so he just showed up instead and told them, i'm alive. pinch me. startling surveillance video shows a teenage girl whipping out a gun on a school bus. you can see the girl there, stand up and load the gun. sheriff's deputies in jackson, mississippi, say she had five rounds in it. another student eventually tackled her and and look at this. sandy right here. here's florida. you can see it's headed towards the north. hitting jamaica as possibly a hurricane later today. i'll show thaw track coming up in a couple minutes. >> thanks, bob. first this. two teen brothers arrested for murdering a 12-year-old girl. their mom's the one who turned them into police. the teen's lived around the corner from autumn pasquale in clayton, new jersey. prosecutors believe he lured her into their home for her bmx bike but ended up murdering her. police found her bike in their home. neighbors are devastated. >> i'm scared. this is a nice, quiet town. >> we have lost a precious, precious child. >> gut wrenching. to see anybody do this to a child is just -- it's terrible. >> hundreds of people honored autumn at this memorial last night. prosecutors say the 15 and 17-year-old suspects may be tried as adults. two hours after the attack on the u.s. consulate in libya, the white house knew islamic militants were taking credit for it. that's according to state department e-mails obtained by cnn. minutes after the attack began, the white house and the pentagon were alerted that the consulate was under attack with rockets and heavy gunfire. the u.s. ambassador and three other diplomats were killed in that attack on the 9/11 anniversary. republican senators saxby chambliss is calling for hearing. it's a big issue in the election. mitt romney slammed the president saying he sent mixed messages on the attack. president obama did refer to it as an act of terror the day afterward, but the white house also suggested for more than a week that the attack may have been a protest that got out of hand. a cnn foreign affairs reporter talked about what was known that night. >> this was sent out, it seems, by the state department operations center. so this went to the white house situation room. many officials at the white house, fbi, pentagon, cia, many different agencies. i don't think president obama or vice president biden would have gotten these messages, per se, but certainly the president and the vice president were briefed that night, and certainly this claim of responsibility, the idea they were armed militants, i'm sure they were notified that night about what was going on, but what the assessment was, what the intelligence was about how this attack came to be, was it pre-planned?
