I was not sure so a swam and i swallowed water it was in the a happy day swimming in the bay and i urge you to please recycle our wastewater to remove the nutrients that feed the algae. If you dont do this we will have to beingic algae blooms more approximate more often and they will be worse and worse. It is heart break to realize this Precious Resource could disappear forever in my life time another alarm bell in the bay this summer with the to beingic blom that killed fish including endangered green sturgeon and others. I urge the commission to draw this lawsuit against the state water boards delta plan and work with the state to ensure flows are consistent with flow standards adopt in the 2018. We have lost 4 critical years of progress and stake sustainable flows. Water management relyos conservative 8. 5 year design drought. Commission should shorten the drought by a year. The date the commission has been unresponsive to numerous requests from an interested and concerned opinion information on the design drought, water demand and alternative water supply. I watched the Land Use Committee hearing last week and learned about the approximate terrible for recycling wastewater to reduce the load to the bay. This would contribute to an alternative water supply rusing relines on the river. Bay area residents such as myself, care about the environment.
