And the American People have every right to expect these large institutions to follow the exact same rules that private businesses have to follow. He said first of all for congress, we need to have mandatory Sexual Harassment training and there needs to be uniform agreement what is Sexual Harassment. With congress and multiple different offices theres no uniform definition of what is Sexual Harassment and how, if you are a victim of that, you deal with that. Wow. Isnt that crazy . Its shocking.
