And the man accused of running down three Arizona Police officers appeared in court yesterday. Mark payne only gave his name as a judge ordered he be held without bond on attempted murder charges. Luckily both officers have been released from a hospital. And to georgia, a grand jury has indicted a former Police Officer accused of killing a police dog he left in a stifling patrol car. Daniel peabody was indicted on two counts of animal cruelty and making a false statement. In june, he allegedly left a 4yearold inca in the car for almost three hours. An autopsy shows the dog died of heatstroke. Peabody is currently free on bond. Congressman Michael Mccaul of texas initially made that claim while discussing whether russians were trying to influence the president ial election, this during an interview yesterday.
