confirmed at least 14 attacks on ukraine's health care facilities. at least nine people have been killed. and 16 others injured in those attacks. according to a national security council spokesperson, the united states is collecting evidence of possible war crimes as well as human rights abuses and violations of international law, by russia, during the attack on ukraine. that spokesperson told nbc news, quote, we are appalled by russia's brutal tactics an and the rising number of innocent civilians who have been killed in russian strikes which have reportedly hit school, hospitals, kindergarten, orphanages, residential buildings and those fleeing through humanitarian corridors. joining us live from lviv ukraine, nbc news correspondent molly hunter. thanks for being here. as you know, the new humanitarian corridors were annexed just this morning. give us the details and what can we expect from this latest effort to evacuate civilians?
