president biden today marking a january 4th deadline for workers to be vaccinated, for larger companies in america. part of the way the mandate has worked coming from the feds. it is basically if you work somewhere with over 100 employees. there's push back to go after mandates before we get to the federal one, and we reported how they withstood challenges so far and threats of violence by anti-vaxxers. it will effect 84 million workers. a partial mandate that means effectively it is trying to get everyone to be vaccinated to make things safer, but also has a huge exception. it doesn't actually compel anyone to only vaccinate, there's a testing exception, they're not asked to vaccinate. it is a partial mandate.
