>> is it, dallas, a layup for republicans today? what are you looking for? how close do you think this thing is going to be? >> well, it's about a five-point-plus republican district. in 2018 there was a six-point swing to the democrats, and that made the race virtually tied. my gut is that the new people moving into the district probably lean a little to the left, but that there are stim more republican voters, and i think the political environment is a little better for republicans. so i think dan mccready with the president's help will squeak it out in the end. i think it will be close. i also -- look, i've got to be hornest wi honest with you, i don't believe it has any larger meaning the the state. the democratic candidate has been running for two years. ours has been running for three or four months. it's one district.
