might as well just no longer be in the constitution. now it seems like we may get a similar point with another key portion of the constitution. section three of the 14th amendment, that is the closet prohibits any officer of the united states when engaged in insurrection from ever holding office again. last month, the colorado supreme court and maine secretary of state ruled that donald trump is in violation of that section of the constitution. subsequently, he cannot appear in the ballot on those states. the big question is whether the supreme court will uphold the sections or whether section three will go the way of the other clause. we will talk about all of that with one of the officers on the report of donald trump's foreign payments ranging number and the oversight committee, jamie raskin, next.
