This nursing home was supposed to accept 20 people but so far has only been able to take in one. Its operators say they were flooded with an unexpected amount of requests for shortterm stays after the first large quake hit on april 14th. Translator these are all short stays. We are operating at Maximum Capacity now. We want to accommodate more people but just cant. Reporter to ease the burden, some facilities outside kumamoto have offered to help.
