you. >> thanks, justin. new this morning police investigate a shooting that has left one person dead, officers were called to east sixth and magnolia street just before 5:00 this morning but the shooting happened in an alley way. police found victim lying on the ground with the gunshot wound to the head at this point no suspects are in custody. police say they may know who is responsible for death of a 70 year-old woman after she was stabbed inside of her south philadelphia home. the cherri gregg from our sister station kyw news radio is live with more details, good morning, cherri. >> reporter: good morning, rahel. police found that 70 year-old woman in her home with multiple stab wound and they believe that one of her relatives is responsible, for her murder. police have now been on the hunt for victim's 29 year-old grandson, lets take a look at video we have from the scene from saturday night, it is in the 7900 block of caesars lays , a quiet block, and the eastwick section of southwest philadelphia. there many of the residents, live there, for many, many years and they stayed there. but it is on this block where police found victim inside of her home just after 6:00 p.m. she was pronounced at the scene, no weapon was found, police have not yet identified that victim by name but neighbor victor jackson referred to her as miss jerry and he says she was a great conversationlist and was very well liked in the neighborhood >> she was my neighbor. very hard working. she establish a very nice home here for herself. she raised her children here in her home and i just can't believe it. i just can't believe it. >> a lot of shock from resident on that block, now police say that the assailant was witnessed leaving the scene, wearing a blue hoodie with dark hospital this happened at 57th and girard avenue just after midnight. the both officer and female have been released from presbyterian hospital. women is being questioned at police headquarters. police say this may be a possible case of dui. also overnight, still no suspects in custody following a break in at the this jewelry store on the 5500 block of whittaker avenue in lawncrest. police were called to the scene just before 2:00, owner is on vacation so police say they cannot verify what was taken but as we can see some jewelry spilled out on the sidewalk outside of the store. prosecutors have charged jewelers road business owner wasin shesad with using his storefront to buy and sell stolen goods. investigators say shesad was part of the corrupt organization that burglarized 15 high end residences around the region. shesad and four others were accused of stealing 1.5 million-dollar worth of expense i have watches, jewelry, money and purses. a car crash into a wall in rittenhouse square park, this happened around ten at 18th and walnut. no one was hurt, tow truck removed damage car and cause of the accident is under investigation. marchers rolled through much marchers as organizers anticipated. march went from logan square to eakins oval where music, dancing and passionate speakers took center stage. people told "eyewitness news" what the march meant to them. we should remain hopeful. people are sad and afraid. >> the message to daze is we have to show what it really means to make america great again the message today is if we keep showing division, we will not heel. >> mayor jim kenney of philadelphia also spoke at march and tweeted this photo of a huge crowd with the caption, women's rights are human rights and human rights are women's rights. and the march is not just in philadelphia and washington take a look in chicago, so many people turned out, that organizers had to cancel their plans to march through downtown but people still stood out in that area estimated 250,000 people hit the streets peacefully chanting and waving signs protesting president trump. out west, oakland, california more than 50,000 women remain closed for at least two weeks while engineering develop a plan to fix a bridge fracture. the crack was discovered friday, construction work is now underway to stabilize the bridge while engineers assess damage and develop a more permanent plan to fix the issues. turnpike authorities say closing the bridge is necessary, to ensure the safety of its customers. and philadelphia's streets department said it will finish cleaning up a paint spill in mayfair today. eyewitnesses say a trash truck spilled pain all over the 400 block of ankle wood street. the authorities are not the sure if italian resort. and first responders rushed to a river in california, after a man is found clinging to a tree, justin. good sunday morning dense fog advisory remains for most of the region we will southwest philadelphia cherri gregg from kyw news radio is live with the latest at police headquarters. good morning, cherri what do you know here. >> reporter: good morning, rahel. what we know is police believe a relative of that 70 year-old victim is responsible for her death and they are now hunting for her 29 year-old grandson, lets take a look at the video we have from the scene from saturday evening, and the 7900 block of caesars place. it is located in the eastwick section of southwest philadelphia, where they say they found the 70 year-old woman with multiple stab wound all over her body. and they searched the home for a weapon but nothing was recovered, police say a short man, wearing ably blue hoodie with dark sleeves and blue jeans was seen leaving the area last night just after 6:00 p.m. authorities have not yet identified a motive in the the case and they have not released the name of the victim but neighbors say that they knew her well. they affectionately referred to her as miss jerry, a long time hard working resident and who raised her children on this block and had a if word for folks like victor johnson who lives close by. >> things happen, for current events, she was always a good conversationlist and we always looked forward, always looked forward to speaking with her. i cannot believe, i just hope they catch the person who was responsible was an armed robber. he then handed the teller a blue and white bag and teller put money in the bag. the suspect fled on foot. police are asking for public's help in identifying this man. philadelphia police continued their search for a gunman in connection with the home invasion in chestnut hill this happened on chestnut avenue early saturday morning, police say suspect forced a male victim to stay in the bedroom and took a female victim in another room and sexually assaulted her. the suspect drove off and victim's 2017 high unday, and if you have any information, philadelphia police want to hear from you. and philadelphia police also looking for a man who was caught on camera, assaulting a transgender woman near city hall on friday. investigators say suspect struck the victim while show, we had a busy take here in washington after trump crowd left, hundreds of thousands of protesters shed up to march in washington yesterday. we will talk about the political split with kelly ann conway but real things being done by president trump, he is actually changing laws at the moment and so we will talk about everything from health care, to trade, and specific things president trump is doing. then we will talk to south carolina senator lindsey graham about two important foreign policy questions. he is spearheading effort to punish russia a bill that would put sanctionness place for russian medicineling in the lassie lex, secondly though president trump sketched out a very different vision for america overseas and its place in the world. we want to get senator lindsey graham's view of what president trump said. we will talk to vermont senator bernie sanders an opponent of the president and we will talk to him and get his reaction to the early days of the trump administration and to that inaugural speech. but because donald trump gave a speech that was neither republican or democratic speech, there are parts of it that bernie sanders could agree with. and
