Carol, thank you. New this morning Philadelphia Police are investigating a homicide in the ogontz section of the city. Investigators say a 47 yearold man was shot, twice, once in the neck and once in the chest. It happened on the 2100 block of spencer street just before midnight. He was rush to the hospital, where he later died. Another homicide is under investigation in grays ferry, police say a 41 yearold man was stab in the mouth and in the left arm. He died at the hospital from his injuries, there is no word on a suspect or a motive at this time. A van crashed through a building in bellmawr, new jersey, Camden County emergency officials responded to that scene in the 100 block of browning road. The work van belongs to paradigm hv ac company. Authorities are trying to determine if speed played a role in the crash. There is in word on any injuries at this time. Well, a four yearold boy is critically injured after falling from a second floor window at a home in king sessing. Investigators are trying to figure out just how it happened. I have seven children, and they all are grown but i wouldnt want to see nothing happen to no children. Reporter neighbors are shocked to learn a four yearold boy is critically injured after falling from a second floor window, it happened yesterday morning on the 5400 block of malcolm street. The child, fell out of the window in the back side of this home. He suffered severe injuries to his head and face, and was immediately rushed to Childrens Hospital of philadelphia. Investigators are trying to figure out how the boy was able to make it out of the window and it is unknown at this time if this was an accident or negligence. Neighbors say that the boy is a happy child who is always with his mother. It is really sad because the lady, shes very nice. The the family vice nice. They are usually staying to themselves. A hot air balloon crashes in power lines in massachusetts, lets take a look. Wow, that crash, sort of happen last night just before 8 00 oclock in the suburbs near boston. Can you imagine seeing that . Eyewitnesses say when balloon hit power lines it caused at least two explosions. Six people were on board at the time of the crash. I saw it pennsylvania pass over trees. It looked low. I didnt think anything of it. I heard this noise. Hot air balloon was going down. People were calling 911 at the time. Were just glad that everybody is okay. Fire fighters say five of the people inside that balloon were burned, some seriously. The faa is investigating that crash. In Atlantic City we have another feature and these are a couple of rain drops. There are some showers moving by from a very weak low pressure system that is right off the coast. Our temperatures though are comfortable enough out there this morning, it is at 11 degrees, span, of temperatures, but weve got them in the 50s, the 70s and the 60s right now. 59 degrees up in the poconos, notice those easterly northeasterly winds. And then through philadelphia and northeasterly wind at ten, and at the shore, 68, degrees, and a northeasterly wind about 6 miles an hour. So with that easterly component we can expect to see these clouds, coming in here today. But it is comfortable. Thinks a nice start to the day. Wouldnt we take this, at just about any other month of the year. So, i think, today we will be just fine. Yesterday was lovely, even with some cloud cover, and then now as far as what were looking at dew point wise and this is key to how comfortable the day is. It is not bad out there. Weve got due points in philadelphia of 58 degrees. Youll go farther south and they are higher. It is 65degree dew point through millville. 69 degrees down through the dover area and that gets start to get in that sticky range, areas to the south, but very, very comfortable through philadelphia and the points north. Our storm scan three, the showers that are right along the the coast, this ace weak low pressure system and it is just starting the the area with a couple of showers. There with a few sprinkles and you might find a sprinkle or two in one or two other locations, and anything that is out there is light and it is moving on, weve got High Pressure that is moving an, as well. So low pressure goes, another High Pressure system comes in here and that is going to set us up for the monday, much of tuesday, time period, and then a cold front comes through here. Temperatures will be all over the place this week. Ill show thaw in the seven day but for the short term, this computer model is completely accurate about the place. Of these showers, so that beds well for what it is doing, further down the line and we will go in time things thin out. You can also pick up a brief sprinkle.
