who will now speak for grace packer? we will. >> reporter: sarah acker has officially been named a suspect and authorities hope to lee solve that part of the case soon. d.a. says this case could be considered for capital murder charges which is a mandatory life, without parole sentence. live from the news center, cherri gregg for kyw news radio for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> cherri, thank you. new this morning a man is dead following a shooting in philadelphia's feltonville neighborhood. police tell us a man was shot around 11:00 in the 4200 block of cherri gregg california store street. he was rush to the hospital where he died there his injuries. shooting happened near the the venue nightclub, investigators are now interviewing eyewitnesses and checking outside surveillance cameras, in tea tails on the suspect at the this time. and in gloucester township , new jersey, flames broke out around 10:00 last night at lake view apartments on the 500 block of lower landing road. it took fire fighters around three hours to get the fire under control, in details on how many units were damaged but thankfully all residents made it out safely. rape, and slew of other crimes in connection with the brutal killing of grace packer and investigators say he conspired with sarah packer. the grace's mother to commit the horrific crime. >> reporter: this was a rape and murder fantasy, that is per verse that defies imagination but does not defy belief because it the actually happened. >> reporter: bucks county district attorney announced arrest and charge as begins jacob patrick sullivan, according to the criminal complaint, the 44 year-old confessed to conspiring were 41 year-old sarah pack tore kidnap, rape, hurt are 14 year-old grace them. go to the vet not to see vet but have the vet assistant give your dog a treat so they can make that association. go to the pet friendly store. do kind of things, keep them activity, socialize, and great exercise, there is also if you like to go on long hikes with your dog in this weather. i read something about musher 's secret. the ice balls can form on the paths of their feet and this will keep it out. i have never used it. i don't know about it. but i saw the secret is people wanting to do something like that. and dog parks. sometimes this time of the the year they are in the as busy. if you are thinking of getting your dog out in the dog park this might not be a bad time. you have two dogs. what do you to. >> i have been taking them to, it is hard sometimes to motivate yourself to get outside but i have been taking them to the park. i don't know because it is so cold and they are inside but they are really exited to get out the when they see other dogs. it is cutest
