began. deleting group messages and even surveillance video, in november, prosecutors charged more brother after investigators recovered that video from the home. however, attorneys for the defendant vehicles got backed up. so, about 41, 45 minutes or so , i would give myself an extra hour, maybe even a extra hour 15 minutes, just in until this gets completely cleared. just heads up on that. we have got two disable vehicles around the this area of 59 south at girard. so just a heads up. if you are headed out there on 95 south. and the boulevard, actually, looking pretty good as you push in the southbound direction, thens once you jump on the schuylkill around the boulevard, city avenue pushing in the westbound direction, kind of like this, starting to build levels, but overall still
