enjoy yourself this sunday because it will probably be in the guess best day this week but one of the best days of the weekend in the month of july. i'm not exaggerating, folks. it will be a great afternoon. outside margate beach patrol headquarters waves are crashing down. not too much happening on the beach just yet but beaches will be packed later this afternoon. this is why. we will have sunshine down the shore, temperatures high 70's to lower 80's. really not too much going on with the breeze, water temperature is 70. maybe a little built below that in a couple spots. still may be chilly in the water but rip current risk is low. swim by life guard but sun screen is a necessity with that sunshine. uv index is high. don't forget to put on that sun screen. temperatures as we wake up this morning whether down the shore where it is 71 in wildwood or here in philadelphia it is 69, not that bad to the start of the day. as we head north and west we will get lower 60's in the lehigh valley and 50's for to us start date in mount pocono. when we add in the lack of humidity it is a wonderful fantastic sensational start to the day. dew points in the 50's and 60 's there remaining on the lower side of things throughout the day-to-day, probably still in that even 50 to lower 60 range in the afternoon and that means that next dry a overtop of us for time being and that is due to high pressure sitting overtop of region. satellite radar, well, there is not anything to talkrough ths tonight but we do have a cold front that sits off the coast through yesterday and gave us shower activity. later in the day, and then we will watch an area of high pressure settled overtop of the ohio river valley at this point. we're getting a clockwise flow , we westerly wind throughout the day-to-day but then we're watching another area of low pressure that willas c well out in the ps and as it comes east it will park itself just north of the some showers as we head into the kind of beginning to middle of the week. so for our sunday plenty of sunshine. temperatures again today around 80 or 85 degrees across the region. tomorrow morning as we wake up some cloud cover out there around 8:00, maybe a stray, spotty shower early this is day but better chance is going to come as we get in the afternoon hours. we will see future weather paints in a couple showers. doesn't look like too much in the way of thunderstorm activity but we cannot rule out a stray thunder shower and spotty. they are not a wash out of the day tomorrow but just keep an eye out to the sky especially in the second half of the day and as we get into tuesday it is very similar kind of pattern, we will wake up in the morning not too much going on but chances for a shower or isolated rump of thunder in tuesdaand the heat and humidity crank up on tuesday. our comfort index today ise, de0 's, some 60's. are i the not bad rangethat but still again you will feel a difference between today and tomorrow, and then, tuesday, we are backup in the steamy, almost oppressive range with that humidity and temperatures are going to be backup by tuesday into the 90's. high temperature of 85 degrees in the afternoon with that sunshine. eighty-eight with a spotty shower late in the day on monday and then 90's taking over tuesday, wednesday and thursday with a chance for a stray shower or thunderstorm, jan and then back down in the 80's on friday and next week even. >> matt, thank you. so, 6:46. time to check the road. lets go to amanda muhler in the cbs-3 traffic center, hi there,
