jan and jim this trial expected to go on 15 days spread out over course of five weeks, lawyers for both side were in court since tuesday for jury selection and now that a jury is in place the trial can begin. after nearly a year and a half since his arrest 23 year-old dj creato's trial date has arrived. creato facing murder, child endangerment charges in the death of his three-year old son brandon. haddon township man reported his son missing in october of 2015. here's audio from that 911 call >> reporter: after a brief search little boy's body was found a half mile from his father's apartment in the wooded area by cooper river, and months later in january of 2016 police arrested creato and charged him with first degree murder. >> it is a pivotal issue in the case. >> reporter: prosecution is arguing creato killed his son to try to stop his teenage girlfriend from leaving him but prosecutors have quite challenge in front of them. case's based on circumstantial evidence no witnesses or dna evidence. an autopsy on brandon was inconclusive about the cause of death. just last week creato's attorney told "eyewitness news" he is confident that his client's name will be street just before 6:00 last night, the 36 year-old man had multiple gunshot wound in his arm and chest and sitting in the driver's seat of his parked suv. police believe he was shot at close range. >> based on ballistics evidence we know that multiple shots were fired from the semiautomatic weapon from very close proximity because we found numerous shell casings, just inches, and some feet away from the driver door, of the vehicle. >> now victim died 20 minutes after officers located him, currently police have no motive or suspects. philadelphia police need your help finding the suspects in book messaged him, asking if he had collected his stimulus money yet. $70,000. he claimed he saw michael's name on the list. the friend says he got money too. >> so i went oh, really. >> reporter: michael texted number his friend suggested learning he would get his 70 grand governmental check if he sent 850 bucks for delivery charge. >> that was a red flag. >> about the same time his friend message him saying he too was sent that money and then michael's phone rang and caller claiming to be from facebook said he could help michael. all he needed was remote access to his computer realize ago this could lead to his computer getting hacked or mal wear being installed michael says no way. >> better business bureau say most know by now that scammers are cloning facebook pages, stealing photos and target ago this person's facebook family and friendlys forcing conn artists to get more creative hitting targets from several directions. >> you should never pay money to receive money. >> reporter: michael knows this and glad he didn't fall for the scam. to avoid being contacted by one of these scammers experts suggest changing your security settings on facebook so strangers cannot see your photos, profile or your friend s list. speaking of on line security facebook is working to protect users sensitive information by making pass word useless. the social media giant is testing an account recovery program that uses your facebook profile to verify your identity. for instance you may have to recognize photos of facebook friend to log into other accounts. this does in the replace working in your retirement really is great because it allow you to avoid spending down your savings early in retirement but it may reduce number of retirement years that you need to finance. but just know that past studies have shown older workers that switched jobs often take a hit on their earnings and their benefits. is there another risk that i see, for mid career workers who are counting on work are longer?
