Actually going to feel a little like spring, more like april this afternoon. Temperatures in the 60s, no lack every sunday light today. Full sunshine today. And again, for tomorrow afternoon. Thats going to help warm temperatures up. If you like it cold, stem outside right now, even the next few hours, cold air at the surface, low 20s, still showing up from some of the backyards here. Bellmawr Weather Watcher Network checking up numbers, blue bell, clear skies, 44 degrees, thats the issue, clear skies and the calm winds that allows the coal air it really sing down at the surface, here is a even colder spot, out in west chester this hour, den even, 22 degrees. Mogley clear skies, we go to our south, little milder, though, capitol city of delaware, dover, and i at 28 degrees, with the clear conditions, at this hour. Let the warm up begin. Yes, it will happen. Over the next several days. Our temperatures going it be average well above average. And nice sunrise shaping up in just a few minutes, earlier and earlier each morning, i guess close to Spring Season until we turn the clocks ahead, clear skies west chester, sunlight, through the trees, nice day on tap, youll need the sunglasses. President s weaken, skiing, riding, groomers out on big boulder getting the slopes ready. Yes, weaver mild temperatures, but at least the weather is in favor. I bet people skiing out there in short sleeves, this weekend, and here is that ski report. Were in good shape. Still the base up around 40 inches for jack frost, big boulder, 48 camelback, 36 blue mountain, as far as trail wise goes, pretty much over 100 capacity for skiing, riding, and snow tubing at the major resorts. No chance every rain coming at us throughout the president s day weekend. So, feels like april, actually mid april, especially tomorrow, where weaver shot at setting new record, temps surging into the mid maybe even upper 60s, it does stay mild, coolest temperature next week, gets down to about 50 for the afternoon high. Now here is the reason. Jet stream, to the south, past few days, temperatures pretty much near average. Yesterday, how it feels for middle of february. Now the jet, north, we surge warmth, midatlantic, highs running 15, to even 20 degrees above average. That 20 degrees would put us mid 60s, especially tomorrow. Little weak disturbance stuck underneath the jet stream to the south and west. Clouds, showers, out into the ohio valley now. Tend to see some showers. That system moves to the south tonight, bridges clouds, maybe sprinkle or two delaware, south jersey, no big deal, probably wont see anything. Warmfront pushes through, rapid warm up this afternoon into the afternoon, a lot of sunshine today, focus on this cold front. Still stays to the north. Sunday afternoon, we have a lot of warmth in place, already ahead of the front. Then the front finally moves southward for monday. President s day, comes through dry. A lot of sunshine, but the high, cooler air with it, moves out of canada, knocks the temperatures back down to the 60s, so well above average. Probably good still 10 degrees above average. Today getting close to low 50s in a lot of areas away from the water. Temperatures little coolerment tonight dont get that cold. Because of clouds. Temperatures in the 40s, so in the going to take much sunshine to warm us up, during the day sunday, so sunday afternoon well to the mid 50s, maybe some upper 60s away from the water. Winds direction westerly, i even think at some point the shore hits below 60 tomorrow with the land breeze. Now, records, we will get close in some locations. Heres what we would have to hit on sunday afternoon, to tie the record, to even break those, upper 60s in a lot of spots. Allentown, only 63 for tomorrow. But today, 62, mostly mild, mostly sunny tonight, pretty quiet, not as cold with the clouds 46 degrees, the extended forecast little cooler next week near 50 tuesday, maybe shower wednesday, right back to the mid 60s by next thursday and friday. So mild pattern over the next seven days, jan, back to you. Looks great. Thanks, justin. This weekend is the last chance to see the greatest show on earth right here in philadelphia. Probably getting close to the up ears, even near 60 early this afternoon, around philadelphia, even by 8 00 tonight, still pretty mild if you have dinner plans around town, temperatures in the 50s, looks like we will stay in the fours for overnight lows. So that warm air sticks around, so forecast around the region today, 62 for philadelphia, nice day at the shore, little cooler, just because of the winds coming in off the water, ocean water at 40. Air temperatures, mid upper 50s, still very nice, near 50 at the poconos, great weekend for skiing and riding, president s day weekend, good stuff here tomorrow if you like it warm, even warmer, mid maybe up ears, could set new records. President s day itself, still dry, plenty of sun, little cooler, will stay cooler at 56. Not bad for february. Back to 60s by next thursday and friday.
