officer frederick is the only unsolved police murder in the police department's history in philadelphia. officer was shot and killed near 17th street west oxford, just blocks from temple university on now to breaking news, we've been following all morning long. a man who attacked a group of soldiers on patrol in paris is gravely injured after one of the soldiers shot him five times outside of the louvre. paris man say the man shouting god is great in arabic, attack happen after the soldiers refuse to let the man into a shopping area under the museum with his bags. more than 200 people were inside the museum during the attack. the museum has been evacuated. >> awaiting the autopsy result of correctional officer killed during a stand-off at delaware largest prison. just yesterday law
